Brand name: This college has got a great brand name because UICET is a part of Punjab University and is the oldest department while the UIET is a newly founded department. You will find a lot of alumni in this college for better guidance who are from the food technology field. Research work: This college also provides research work to undergraduate students. You can take the research work from the assistant professors. Many students do their research from outside organizations as well. As there are 2 semesters in 1st year and fee structure for 1st installment we have to submit 40000 that was taken during the time of registration and second installment was taken during the time of December that was around 81000 in the 1st year there was not any type of relaxation in the fee structure but exceptions were there for TWS children Various scholarships and financial aids were provided by our college like scholarships for TWS students and there were also some scholarship in which exams were taken to give financial aid

Voyage to UIET

The total fees of the college is 3.8 lac And almost 2k 5k every year hike Apart from that UIET provide scholarship to EWS category but UIET do not provide any TFW scheme and Uiet provide different scholarship to SC ST EWS students

Fee structure- feasible because every class has 4 EWS seats at rs50000 per semester fees and additional charges like a library, examination fees, hostel form. the college provides division of fee charges as there is an increment in fees at 5% every year scholarships are given in a college but you should have prior knowledge about them economically weaker section people get some scholarship in the tuition fees and hostel. schedule tribe and scheduled castes students also get some scholarship

My Journey in Online UIET

The fees structure for 2020-24 is 3.8lac which is quite low compared to other private colleges But I heard from the seniors that almost every year there is a fee hike of 2k -5k. I've applied to a scholarship M-C-M scholarship where I get 14k every year which is only available to the students whose family income is less than 2 lac.

Above average to be honest

State government will pay the scholarship to the students have economic weaker sections. Those students will have to complete forms which is available on any of the state government site through there website.

My College

Scholarships are given in our college but you should have prior knowledge about them. I think the Economically Weaker Section people get some scholarship in the tuition fees and hostel too. Schedule Tribe and Schedule Caste students also get some scholarship. There is a Rotary club which provides scholarship too. But dates need to be taken care of. And information too.
