The faculty of the college are highly qualified there are many teachers coming from IITs NITs and they are very good in giving overall experiences related to both theoretical as well as practical and they help us a lot

my college: pros and cons

the teaching staff is well qualified and the way of explaining the concepts is appreciable.

the faculty to student ratio is appropriate. teachers are helpful and understanding. they clear the doubts of every students. there are in total three exams, out of which two are minors and one major. the major if of 50 marks, minor of 30 and 20 marks are of internal assessment. the marks of minors are decided on the basis of best of two. the course curriculum is very relevant and knowledgeble.

My Personal Review

All faculty members are highly educated. Well i will not disclose his name but professor who will professional communication in 1st year is my favourite, bcz when he teaches, you will see his dedication and at the end of semester you will also say he has changed you. There are 2 minors and 1 major in every sem. Best of 2 minors are included.

Saga of my life

So most of the faculties were very helpful but there were some of the professors who were not friendly with students but the faculties were high of knowledge and well skilled to handle the students of UIET Chandigarh they were best in there fields and were named many patents onthere name as my rank was very high in JEE so my rank was around 5lakh iwas not having much option take so I have opted for BE biotechnology There were 5 subjects in semester 1 that were like as follows 1- Applied physics 2- Fundamental of biotech 3- Basic of electrical 4- professional communication 5-Calculas

Labs are very quipped and teachers are also approachable as well

Faculty are well educated out there. Most of them have done phd and are doctorate. Some are very helpful and some are strict. But each teacher has in depth in their particular subject. Mid semester exams are held twice in a year each consisting of 30 marks. Best of two score is taken in the final marking. End semester is of 50 marks and 20 marks are internal assessments

Most of the faculty members are very helpful and approachable. The course include 8 semester . 100 marks for theory and 50 marks is practical. Out of 100 , 50 marks is emd semester exam , 30 is mid semester exam and 20 marks are for internals. Practical include 30 marks exam and 20 marks

The EEE branch of this college is worst, faculties are quite egoistic, a huge no of students fail in each semester, but not in another branches. Avg cg of eee students is 6 but in another branches it is 9

Faculties are enough in number. Faculties to students relation is good in all branches, they are cooperative and understanding in narure instead of EEE branch. The total marks of theory is 100 , 20 is of internal assessment, there are two minor exams of 30 number each on which best of two count and 1 major exam of 50 marks. Exams are moderate in difficulty level. Every only EEE students are giving the reappear exams. So you can judge the how the EEE branch is.

The relationship between students and faculty is very good. Faculty always helps students for there study. Faculty of mechanical engineering department I liked the most they always guide students for for study provide them notes and extra classes also if there is any doubt in the syllabus. HOD of the Mechanical engineering department is very good he is very much supportive. The names of the faculty Dr. Shankar sir Dr Harvinder singh sir Dr. Amit thakur sir I like them the most and they are very welcoming professors and no reason for disliking the faculty they are very nice There is semester system 6 months gap and they also conduct minor exams before finals Many students failed during the course

Inside University institute of technology and engineering

Most of the teachers don't have adequate knowledge to teach
Teachers do not teach properly here. No practical way to understand theory.

The faculty to student ratio is quite good. Faculty to student relationship is also perfect. But teachers and professors can't deliver the maximum effort to you. The best faculties here are calculus teachers like Prabhjot Kaur. Kinematics of material teacher is also very nice and his name is as wadhwa. Most after the teachers do not teach the right information to you. They just surpasses by tackling on the surface. Some faculties don't have adequate knowledge. I didn't like some of the faculties because the way of teaching can't be understood by the students.
