mLAC Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:100 which means 1 teacher teaches for 100 students. Since I am studying BCA I have no idea about other faculties but I can easily say clearly that my BCA faculty is preety good because all most all the teachers are very friendly and kind and very much responsive to clear all my doubts even though sometimes I don't understand the concepts if I go and ask them to teach they do respond and clear my doubts . My favourite teacher was Selvi Ma'am who thought Computer Architecture and Operating system for me the reason behind her being my best faculty member is because she is very kind and responsive and always dives deep to the core of the concepts and ensures everyone interact with her in class so that each and every one of them can understand concepts clearly. In our college almost all faculties which I know are decent there are no faculties which I don't like or hate. Every year there are two semester exams conducted for one single year. The Exam papers difficulty are set to moderate it not too difficult nor very easy. The student failure ratio is very much less as in every class only 5 to 10 students fail in each class. The course curriculum is slightly outdated but they are impoving year by year and updating the syllabus accordingly.

Faculties always jovial with the students and help students with personal development too. One-to-One attention is needed by the mentors. They motivate us and give a push if we feel a little demotivated. They support to participate in extra-curricular activities which doesn't bring stress to students. Almost all the facutlies are jovial , we can reach out them whenever we need them without any hesitation. The course curriculum are updated as needed. And exams are pretty neutral. Not many students fail to clear the exams. They manage it well as of some students. The relevant of the course is 100%.

They are really helpful, and are available for any doubts we ask for. There are 3 members in the microbiology department. Labs are kept on the morning time for our batch. There are 2 internal assessment test per semester and a final sem exams. And each internal theory is conducted for 30 marks and practical for 20 marks, sem exams where theory is for 60 marks and practical for 30 marks and 10 marks on assignments.

Teaching faculty is very encouraging and supportive towards students especially b.com course teachers and language teachers.they also encourage us for participating in events I liked my corporate accounts teacher she used to explain in a easy manner In the total 3 year 6 sem exam are conducted and in every sem 2 internal exam are conducted

The faculty is good. I mean most of the teachers are really up to the mark. They teach good and also are able to provide comprehensive details about the subject. The faculty to student ratio is 20:1 in most cases on an average. In some collective classes the number of students get more. Personally having to interact with psychology department more often. I liked them a lot. The teachers are really good at what they teach. Though with exams and everything things get complicated but they help to even it out. The faculty I didn't like gladly left the college so I won't be mentioning that. But you'll have two internal tests and then a semester end exam. And same for the practical exams. Mostly students clear the tests. Some failed students need to write the exam again and get the passing marks.

• Faculty to student ratio is less. Also the faculty must improve with the way they behave with students as most of the times the are rude and ignorant. • My HOD LT. DR. Bhavya Banu and Assistant Professor Priyanka were the only teachers whom I personally liked as they have always encouraged students to be their true self and perform well in whatever field they are interested in college and career. • The reception staff and exam control room staff must learn to be respectful and have empathy towards students rather than wasting their time unnecessarily and being rude for no reason. • There are two internal tests and one final exam for each semester for every course in Graduation. The level of difficulty is moderate to difficult.

The faculties and the students relationship will be very good when they got to know each other as for I am computer science student I liked computer faculty and mathematics faculty and most physics faculty for a sem their will one exam and to internal then exam will be also tuff and their is no lesiiure for the internals it will be also I like exam very strict every time

Most of the faculties in mLAC are good, supportive, approachable. They are well educated to answer any questions and clarify doubts. They do encourage students to have classroom discussion and presentation for certain topics.

The faculty was very helpful as said previously thew complete the course books as well help with others They would be available any time and help us with our clarifications. They were very friendly which is most needed to all students. So that even students could open up and talk.

Maharani Lakshmi ammani college for women (autonomous) has a very good faculty not only in teaching but also in many other ways. All our teachers help us in our projects guide us to participate in co-curricular activities. And their vast knowledge helps us in many ways.
