I was searching for a good psychology college. I came to know Loreto College has one of the best Psychology Department in India. Very disciplined with regular classes and the concepts are explained in a very detailed manner. Practicals are very well explained. I have learnt a lot during the last two years.

I had heard that this college was best in kolkata for B. A. And the other reason was tha being an outsider it was near and comfortable for me to travel and the college promoted girls education which highly satisfied me.

Loreto College offers one of the best courses in Geography in Kolkata. It is a reputed institution founded in 1912 and is well known for its experienced teaching faculty. The thing I liked the most about the college is it believes in a holistic development of an individual. It is not only committed to achieve academic excellence but also encourages one to be a part of other social activities and occasions. I have always been interested in the phenomenons of the earth, the different geological cycles, the mysteries behind the geographical formation. My evolving interest towards geography from my High School has been the major push for me to opt for this course.

Faculty and ranking, also the environment. It is a well renowned college in the city with an amazing set of values. The faculty is one among the top most among all the other colleges. The college also provides great opportunities for nurturing one's future interest in the particular course opted for.

Because of its rank 4 in psychology faculty all over India and all the exposures that the college gives to me and the students.Its enrichment courses also help me a lot.Our college also has the research cell which is going to help later on

The annual fest is Samagam. Various colleges from the city take part in the fest. Many extra curricular activities take place all round the year.We had one main academic building divided into three wings. The classrooms were big, well lit, and had proper ventilation. We also had a air-conditioned hall, common room with basic gym facilities, table tennis table and provision to play badminton. The food available in the canteen was at a subsidised rate and was of good quality. We also had a well stocked library.

I knew I wanted to study the field of political science in greater depth from the day I was introduced to it, in class 11. Guess I liked my career options around this subject. Why the college ? Simply because it is the best for my subject in the state. Delhi wouldn't have been a problem merit wise, but yeah we're all aware as to why our parents would be sceptical to send us there immediately after schooling.

It was a great experience to persue my graduation in BA English( Hons.) from such an amazing college. We were provided with great quality education and the teachers was also very amiable or helpful to us. The allover campus was also well furnished or equipped with the must.

This is a amazing college to complete your graduation from. You get enormous opportunities for exposure. The teachers are also eager to help us in every manner regarding our education or career and the campus life is also worthwhile.
