The college has a lot of clubs for instance, Drama Club, Media Club, Film studies club, Eastern Cultural Society, Western Cultural society, various co-curricular as well as academic clubs. Students were also encouraged to participate in all the activities, sports and so on. We also had a very engaging fest called Samagam, where every individual was encouraged to take part in various activities.

The college campus is quite big and well maintained. It has a badminton court. The college sports takes place in the St. Xaviers Collegiate School ground. Other than that the college has a big ground where fest takes place. It has strong infrastructure and beleives in charity. Student have to put themselves compulsory into some hours of communicate service every year.

There are a lot of clubs and small activities that happen once in a month or even more. Whatever hobby a person could have there is a club for that. Apart from that every department has its own club and games, library and ICT societies are default societies, wherein every student is a member

The campus is anti-smoking, alcohol free and anti raging zone which becomes very comfortable for the students to study. Also the campus had greenery and a huge library to focus on studies. There are several clubs and many cultural programmes inclubg Samagam the college fest and Open Day.

In our colleges celebrate various kind of festivals the traditional ones of course, but our annual fest is samagam. It's really fun because during this time other colleges come to our college to participate in different competitions they complete with us . There are a lot of dramas dances singing. a lot of business stores come to our college to set up stall there are lot of stalls like food stickers clothing bags cakes I library is the best library ever it has every kind of books and journals and newspapers. Get a lot of computers in our computer lab and also in the media lab. There are 16 societies in our college including NSS, eastern cultural society, Western cultural society, techno society, quiz society, drama society, cine society, literary society, library society, political science society, history society, Bengali society, economics society, media society, games society and many more. Our games society arrange a lot of competitions in college hours like table tennis .etc

Our college's only fest is SAMAGAM which is held in the month of December. Our college is popularly known for its Library. There is a variety of books in our college library. It offers books of different genres, educational books, ancient books, and so on. Extra-curricular activities such as chess, piano, a course on journal writing, etc. are offered in our college. There is a total of twenty societies in our college run by the student president, vice president, and treasurer of particular societies.

So the annual fest which happens in our college is Samagam, typically happens in the month of December. O the library in my college is huge and it has a lot of books in it , one can find the place of the book by just knowing the name of the book and typing it into the computer and one can know the exact location of the book. The classrooms have projectors and speakers set and class rooms are spacious,we have a computer lab as well . Well there are various soceities for various co curricular activities like, dance society, Nss society, history society, library society, games society and the list goes on . Ummm yes there is a social grp like cyber cell where one can go to the president of the college and directly ask for help if anyone is bullying or anything as such.

There are in total 14 clubs in the college!! you name and you have it. you can even be the president or vice president of the club, it provides you with certificates and those certificates are really important. If you get to collect 8 certificates in the end of the course your character certificate will be outstanding. there is involvement of students in any activity from college event to inter college events, which is great and encourages other students to join in. The library is huge, and it is one of the best colleges in Kolkata. There is sports club you can take part if you're into sports and all.

Loreo College has a proactive student body. Renowned for its co-curricular activities that match no other under the University of Calcutta, the college holds events throughout the year. The college has 20 student-run societies. Samagam is the annual inter-collegiate fest hosted by the college, typically held in December. In addition, there are society-specific events such as Kalakriti (by the Psychology Society), Historia (by the History Society), Loreto Shield Quiz (by the Literary Society), Ecolore (by the Economics department) and more cultural and sports events. The college frequently organises workshops and seminars. The classrooms are equipped with projectors and smart-boards. The Computer Lab and the Central Library are always accessible to students. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We have SAMAGAM usually conducted around the months of December or January. It is very interesting but it is held in the college campus. Several colleges are invited to compete with the home team. LC still lacks in games participation.
