The relationship is good ... Since I entered into this college I have never met any teacher who is bad at teaching etc...they all are good though to be honest...They always make sure to help us through our syllabus and they help and guide us out with our doubts regarding the lesson as well as with personal problems...I liked all the faculties from my college..... There are only two exams internal examination and final examination...and they also give us class test , assignment, project work , presentation, etc ... through which it helps us to improve ourselves in the final examination

In terms of interaction with our faculties, I'd give them 8/10. They are friendly and approachable. If I were to choose one faculty, I'd choose Sir Along. Because he's just the best. The worst could be our HOD( I won't mention the name).

The faculties here are quite good, they're understandable, gives a good advices and we go on a wrong path. I liked one of my economic teacher, ma'am nzanbeni, she's a really good ma'am, she's approachable and listens to our problems as well. Teaches our lessons in very deep context. I somehow dislike some of our political science lectures and theh possess a very strict gesture and doesn't give a very friendly vibes. We take two exams per semester that is, internal exam and final exam, it is as hard as we think. 30 to 40 percent does fails during the exam. The courses are much relevant in the curriculum, also it depends on how we understand and how they lectures us.

1 teacher for 33 students. The faculty of B.com is very energetic and good making the students understand different concepts in an easy to understand manner. All the faculties of commerce department are very friendly and helpful. There are 2 exams each semester, one is a mid-term exam conducted by the college itself and the other is End semester exam conducted by the Nagaland University. Only a few students end up with a backlog paper, most of the students are able to clear their exams.

The teachers and students are very friendly, we can appoach anytime if we have problem, the teachers are approximately 50 and students are 1000 and above. The faculty are well equipped with their own subjects. We interact with teachers often.
As far as my opinion about the faculty members are concerned I can say that in 2 years of my education in the college I have seen a mix of a quality that is good as well as average. Some of the teachers are so good that they ensure that each and every student understands the concept right there in the class while others just push for completing syllabus.
The faculty of the college is very good. They are very helpful and friendly.Geography and history teachers are awesome.I think only the regularity is a major issue otherwise there is no as such problem with them.
