There is a college fest like aavahan which is a sports fest and there are several clubs in college too which give a boost to students for performing their best in college and enjoy.
Yes, thare are scholarship opportunities for many students of obc sc and st categories.
Faculties are good here, they are kind, helpful and way of teaching is very nice.

Dislikes

Worst part of college is that no placement are being done companies are not visiting college
Admission process is simple but you may face problems in some situations.
Only few students got hostels and hostels conditions are not good

Experience of my college life

Likes

Campus is very large. And each and every department made very nice
Jabalpur engineering College's faculty is also very good
All important and common courses are present there

Dislikes

I don't like the some faculties behaviour
I don't like that there is no any dress code
I don't like the hygiene of my college that's it

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students becomes eligible for placement and here tcs,Wipro, infosys, Accenture IBM are come every year and companies gives to the students till 300000 lacks package.which is very good

Likes

There are various things that I liked the campus,
Supporting faculty which guide you through every step
Supportive seniors which tell you about college life and rules

All over it was a good college but there was such issues

Likes

There was a great faculty of college they are friendly
Good campus and big on land and huge building departments
Placements was such a week now a days but it was good support of teachers for offcampus

Dislikes

There was two gates but they always closed one of them

It was good rated college for b.tech and MCA course they provide the government degree of courses it has such a placements but currently it was too down and suffering students for placements but it was too cheap in cost

In the college you have many to do other work or studying beyond syllabus.

The infrastructure and sports facilities are not so good .

The placement of college is good at in previous year but at know the placement status is not so good . But the student are trying so hard and get placed form out campus. But college is trying to getback to give placement to students

Abstraction of Jabalpur Engineering College

Likes

College campus is on large scale they buliding are made by British and civil department is the best in the college
Club are too good in the college and all the clubs are active all time
Sports are good in the college , college provide you facility to go in there college or sports.

Dislikes

College is overall adjustable, college can be best but because of main city road pass from the hostel campus and college campus it destroys the college life.
Placement are not good in the college due to fully government college
Faculty are less, due to which no proper class are there.

Placement Experience:

In this year the placement condition is poor, no company came for placement,it's too difficult to find off campus placement. College should do thier best to call companies students are giving their 100% for study. Last year very good oncampus and off campus were their.

Likes

I liked the old british era like building structures which is being renovated currently which is a good thing. More new building are being erected such as data science and mechatronics buildings.
Good sports equipment and playground available for sports such as badminton, volleyball, basketball etc.
Scholarship procedure and process of paperwork is quite simple and fast process. One can generally complete all scholarship work within a day or so. Teachers are cooperative and tell all the details to be mentioned in forms

Dislikes

Quality and quantity of faculty teachers is diminishing and becoming poor.
College administration is not taking various actions for setting up campus placement opportunities.
Industrial training is not provided by the college which i think they must.. Students are to apply for internships on their own.

The mid sem and end semester exams are quite odd. Most of the time they are not conducted timely and often much before the pre scheduled academic calendar timeline. While it is moderately easy to pass the exams but it should not be taken lightly. Bonding with professors and maintaining good attendance can give you an edge..

The Untold Truth!

Likes

It is affordable for maximum students in india.
Here we have a wide campus with so much of greenry.
Here maximum faculty are so much friendly.

Dislikes

Its placements are decreasing due to ressesion and also by the nothing efforts of our TPO.
They organize very less fest and programs.
Here we don't have highly qualified proffesors and if have they don't teach.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was having so much intrest in the technical field and designing so I choosed to be a software engineer. Faculty and student ratio is little less in terms of faculty.Teaching method is quite decent, and here they take 2 midsem exam and 1 final sem exam in every sem.

Engineering is the magic

Likes

Hostel I like the most in my college i like my friends in my hostel and my roommate is very funny
College campus is very clean and very green .
Sports facilities are very good and sports atmosphere is very nice

Dislikes

Placement is not that much in comparison to other top colleges.
College laps are very old and there equipments are not properly working.
There is heavy load of assignment and practical.

Course Curriculum Overview:

it was a subject i did at a level, the only subject i have found to completely and utterly grab my attention and interest me fully.studying it will give me a number of transferable skills. Faculty is very caring and supportive towards students I do not have much knowledge about qualification of the faculty but they teach very well . There are two mid sem in the interval of one or two months and there is one end sem exam in the interval of six months exam are not that much difficult that we think.

You are eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Compnies visited: most common companies are Infosis, TCS, Wiprow, LnT, and some other. Every year some were placed in companies like ( Hotstar, Amazon, etc) (Off campus).

JEC- The Reality

Likes

All I can say is you get so much time to do things if you compare with other colleges
One of the best fee structures. You can literally get as degree for free

Dislikes

labs need a complete overhaul
Placement are average. Alumnis can do many things to improvre this but somehow not able to do

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students can opt for placements. Every year tcs, infosys, L&T, etc companies come here. the highest package on campus was around 15 lakhs and avg package is 3.5 lakhs. only 15% of students get placements.
