I like that there are enough students in the class.
Infrastructure is well maintained for students
Regular exams are conducted semester wise

Dislikes

Students not taking class regularly .
College has no transportation vehicles so students have to come at their own vehicles.
Syllabus is not revised as compared to modern time

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is being continuing same as in 1990 and faculty members are qualified professors so their teaching skills are wonderful. This course I have choosen so as to get a government job in engineering and core branches syllabus are easy to catch so I can utilise my time well. There are two midsems and a semester exam per semester.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 28740 per year

Placement Experience

Job placement are majorly for those students who are completing their graduation in computer science engineering or information technology engineering, most of the students are here because of low fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is very much affordable for every student in this government engineering college. Scholarship can be availed by most of the students and financially this college is good as funds are given per 2-3 years.

Campus Life

Every type of events can be seen in this college like sports, events, clubs for every passionate students in their passion and welfares too there. Library has most of the books of every subject so there is no issue.

Admission

Admission process was done through MP DTE( MADHYA PRADESH DIRECTORATE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION) which requires an entrance exam conducted by NTA(NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY) known as JEE(JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM) for upcoming engineers. First exam is commonly known as mains through which the candidates who cleared the cutoff can give advanced exam to get admission in IITs.

Interview Experience

Instead of at the time of admission there is a subject for these types of group discussion,interview and questionnaire. Our college admitted those students who cleared the cutoff generated by MPDTE .

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

My journey through Engineering and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.
