Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTU) College of Engineering (CEP), Pulivendula was established in 2006 as the fourth constituent college of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. It was a part of JNTU-Anantapur till 2013. The college has been autonomous since the academic year 2013-14.
JNTUA College of Engineering offers UG courses with a total intake of 300 students, PG courses with an intake of 100 students and part-time M.Tech courses with a total intake of 75 students.
- 10+2 with a minimum of passing aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry or equivalent from a recognized board is required to be eligible for B.Tech.
- For M.Tech, graduation in B.Tech is required to be eligible for admission.
- Admissions into UG courses will be given through Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) and Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) scores.

JNTUA College of Engineering B.Tech Admission 2024
JNTUCEP offers B.Tech in 5 different specializations. Candidates must belong to Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. Students should have passed or appeared in 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
Admission to B.Tech courses is given on the basis of EAMCET and ECET. AP-EAMCET is a state level entrance test which is regulated by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
AP EAMCET is conducted for admission to second year B.E./B.Tech courses.

I have written a exam called ap eamcet which is used to get admission into btech colleges in various streams. I have secured a rank of 15000 in the test and followed by the counselling I have kept over 10 colleges in the list I have placed this college in my 4th option and I have got seat in this college in electrical and electronics department. As I could get more better college if I have the reservation as this college doesn't have placements and all the other branches rather than the cse students all will have go outside placements

I applied for all the JNTU and I luckily got the JNTU of pulivendula and I got my favourite course of civil engineering so I'm happy for what I got . In order to get placed in Jntu Colleges one must be qualified state entrance test for higher Education with better rank called EAPCET.And here selection goes with the process of reservation.And the branch we get depends on the previous cutoff rank.And coming to the entrance test Eapcet it's difficulty level moderate.

The admission process was firstly you have to right the APEMCET entrance exam to join in the college. Even in that you have to get the qualified marks and rank means the cutoff ranks for to join in the particular colleges.
After getting the allotment order go the college with the given period of time to confirm that your are interested to join in that college .
When you go the college with allotment order they gives an application you have to fill it and attach the adhar cards like the documents which have been placed in the notice board to that application.
After that submit that application which haveen attached with documents to them to the college admission office. Then they give an temporary roll number for you to confirm that you are joined in that college.
Finally when you submitted the original document to them when they gives you the notification to us then they give us the permanent roll number to us, which have been carried out up to four years.

Our college gets seats only through the EMCET which is conducted by APACHE every year. only intermediate secondary year students are eligible for these exams based on our ranks seat allotment is gated.
