Likes
- Faculty are very good and Supportive. They are very friendly with the students and well experienced.
- Course fee as well as hostel fee is very less compared to others. Gym facilities also exists for both boys and girls with properly working machines.
Dislikes
- Canteen is not good.it was one of the shortcomings of the University .
- Some important labs do not have properly working apparatus.Its not about every lab but there are definitely problems in few.
- Course Curriculum is not designed well according to my perspective as there are subjects which are unnecessary
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is known as the heart of the ‘educational institution’. It is important to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum so as to ensure that the education imparted is helpful for the students. Here are a few ways which can help in evaluating the curriculum: An internal review by the teachers - The teachers can review and revise the curriculum based on their expertise and knowledge. An external review - An external review can be conducted so as to understand the effectiveness of the curriculum. Observation of academic results - An overview and comparison of the results can also help in understanding better the current curriculum and the previous one. Student’s views - Since students are the ones who shall be studying from that curriculum thus probably we can ask for the student’s views on the curriculum development
Placement Experience
Students are eligible to get placed after completion of 6 th semester in our college.Companies that are visited to our college for selecting students are oppo.tech Mahendra,Wipro etc..the average package is about 450000.The percentage of students get placed is upto 65 %.My plan is to get placed in best product based companies after persuing my m.tech.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee does not increases since it is Government college and it was the very good advantage of such government colleges.The complete cost education is nearly 50000 if a student is not eligible for any government scholarship schemes.If a student is eligible for such government scholarships then there is no need of paying tution fees.Coming to campus Placements it was good last year but now there were no any better placements because of recession in IT Companies.
Campus Life
We Generally celebrates department technical fest every year named as E-Samagra and also college fests.There are very wide range of books available in our Library and the staff of library dept update books for every 3 months according to the students.Extra curricular activities includes nss activities and sports etc..we have provided very large ground for practicing sports. And gym is also provided.
Hostel Facilities
We are provided rooms in which we are shared by two members only.In every room we are provided cot table and chair for student.The meal quality is also very good with very less fee. Registratuon process for hostel is also quite simple and we have change room for every year.
Admission
In order to get placed in Jntu Colleges one must be qualified state entrance test for higher Education with better rank called EAPCET.And here selection goes with the process of reservation.And the branch we get depends on the previous cutoff rank.And coming to the entrance test Eapcet it's difficulty level moderate.
Faculty
Faculty vitality is the main ingredient to enhance professional education and competence. Enriching the faculty vitality in key domains of teaching, assessing, research, professionalism, and administration is perceived to improve educational environment significantly and enhances the academic performance of learners. Faculty development program (FDP) has been considered as a stand-alone educational pedagogy in fostering knowledge and professional skills of faculty. And we can interact with them very easily without any priority issues even though they are well experienced professors.
