60:40 is the boys to girls ratio of bca.

Dislikes

No campus placement in our respective college.Very less support provided for career advancement
Poor signal of wifi.Computer software of some computers are not genuine in computer lab.
College infrastructure is very bad. Canteen is very small and quality of food is below average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is irrelevant. Course curriculum doesn't prepare you for real world application or any further academic pursuit.It mostly cover basics information on computer languages. You have to study 4 more useless subjects other than 2 major and minor subjects.

Review of Karim City College

Likes

Provide intership program for all branches and courses that's help to students practical knowledge.
Faculties are well qualified with most of them are Phd Scholars and NET qualified. Course curriculum are not get evolved with time.Students are not get ready for industry. Semester exam are moderate slightly towards easy side.
Wi-Fi facility is available in campus area. Labs are well equipped with instruments. Classrooms are big in size. More than thousands books are available in our library. Reading room is also available for study.

Placement Experience:

Second semester students are become eligible for compus placement. Top recruiter company: NYKAA, BYJU'S, WIPRO, VEDANTA, TATA STEEL , JINDAL etc. 70% student get placed in campus placement. Highest package - 5.4 LPA Lowest package - 1.2 LPA Average package - 2.4.LPA Roles - BPO, Accountant, Marketing Executive.

Professor's are very friendly in class. If we didn't get the things though in class , then take extra classes for that.
Campus big and beautiful too. Class size is very big and ventilations was good enough to study.
Affordable for middle or lower class people to study in the best college of the city like jamshedpur.

Dislikes

Notification of exam and events are not up to dates.
Few Professors are so rude , that they don't even listen our problem.
No smart class is available in class room.

Placement Experience:

The placement is not that good but few of them maintain to crack a job from campus. 1. From 3rd semester you are eligible for campus placements 2. Companies visited are Tata motors , Zee news , Tata Steel etc & no of offers made is almost 40 %. 3. Highest package was 3 lpa and average was 1.5 lpa 4. 40 % student getting placed in placements 5. I am working jio sales department right now.

Everything is neutral and fine there. They have Gym, library, common room for Indoor games.
There is no raging, everybody lives in discipline.
Our college is always good at sports and they support the athelete also.

Dislikes

Parking slot outside the college. I will rate it 5 out of 10, there's not a lot of space so not everytime I get chance to park in the slot sometimes I use to park somewhere else.
Water is not so purified, but eligible for drinking. And I will rate washroom 2 out of 10. Only the washroom needs development seriously.
And nothing needs to be changed only water and the washroom.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BA because Im an athelete. and BA including history + private ssc coaching is the best for Gov job. If it doesn't work with studies then I can go in the same field with sports quota, Vice versa. Everything is fine about college and their facilities/faculties I'm not willing to say that teaching method should be developed. Many students passout with great education skills. And the exam timing is about 2.5 hours. Even if you are late then also you can give exam easily and the question is also easy.

Jamshedpur karim city college

Likes

Campus is good no misbehaving with proper knowledgeable professor and different study facilities
It has its own library where students can rent books for a period of time
College has a co operative society with mostly all the courses offered daily events are on college

Dislikes

Racism in hindu muslim the college allows muslim to be in burkha but no hindu guy is allowed with saffron gamcha
Well it doesn't have proper washrooms on it
The college campus space is tooo small for all the courses student to fit in

The political era of india influenced me to study political science in depth and choose the course . Rhe preparation by the teachers are not that well they are not welly that much attentive ...on their work Teqching methods is good but no regular classes

Final year students are eligible for placement drive . Companies that come for placement are Airtel,Wipro,tata motors. Students placed are upto 30% . .my plans after graduation is for government exam preparation and coding.

Improvement needed in kcc

Likes

Attendence is not compulsory so no going to college
College is at city centre place all market places are avilable
Transport connectivity is good so easy to travel

Dislikes

Very small campus not so spaceous classes
There is no ground in college for playing
Classes are bit old fassion no smart classes are avilable

The course is good as per kolhan university the syllabus is quite easy and exams are not conducted on time some time it take 1year to take exams if you are planning higher studies then you can take B. Com there are not too much opportunity or scope in B. Com

KCC overview

Likes

Location of the college was at the main center of city
Avaliablity of park and malls at commute distance
Transport connectivity was good and parking was avaliable.

Dislikes

Zero placements opportunity available for all courses
Campus is too much small, no playground or place to relax
Exams are conducted late,sometime it takes 1 year to held another exam

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is good but not for industry. If you want to go for higher studies or preparing for govt exam then only go for this course. Course curriculum is good and it will help you if you want to go for MBA. Exams are pretty much delayed, none of the exam are done on time

Brief description about KCC

Likes

Teachers are good.They encourage students.
Cultural events,sports competition,quiz competition,arts competition etc happens
In library you can spend hours reading many books and also college has a virtual library (computers).

Dislikes

College should use white board instead of blackboard in classes.
Inter sports,inter quiz,inter debate, competition should happen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our physics course deals with understanding of concepts and apply into problems.The course also deal with programming in solving problems of physics and also in 4th year intership will be given as part of FYUGP.The frequency of exams is not good ,it is not the fault of college, University decides difficulty level of semester exams and the exams are of medium level.The course should a Little bit harder than it is.
