Likes

Campus is good no misbehaving with proper knowledgeable professor and different study facilities
It has its own library where students can rent books for a period of time
College has a co operative society with mostly all the courses offered daily events are on college

Dislikes

Racism in hindu muslim the college allows muslim to be in burkha but no hindu guy is allowed with saffron gamcha
Well it doesn't have proper washrooms on it
The college campus space is tooo small for all the courses student to fit in

The political era of india influenced me to study political science in depth and choose the course . Rhe preparation by the teachers are not that well they are not welly that much attentive ...on their work Teqching methods is good but no regular classes

1st year for admission with semester fee was 8500 2nd year the fees was 6700 3rd year the fees is 6800 Scholarship is provided to sc st . By government scholarship scheme The faculties are very knowledgeable and they always help every students who are in need of them. Exams takes place regularly. Our campus has wifi facilities and has three hostels with mess facilities. There are many cultural and technical fests organise every year by our college.

Admission

The cut off was 50 percent in political science as its an arts background online application forms were filled Reservation benefits were availabe but not much then as expected a minimum of five hundred to six hundred were benefitted in admission fees

Faculty

The faculties are very knowledgeable and they always help every students who are in need of them . exama takes place regularly there are many cultural and technical fests ..daily events are on the auditorium in a month upto 4-5 events takes place . When approaching teachers for reexplaining the often explain the topic twice or thrice

So When I was in twelfth class , I think I should choose history hons. becaus I want time for my side study so i chose this Here, in my university the faculties teach well. And in every university the study are not as good as the study and teachers in school, students should work for themselves and should not totally depends on university and study, they should work other curriculum activities. So my university timing for UG are from 9:30 am to 1:45 pm Every period timing are 45 min. Lunch time around 30 min. And bus time is 2:15

Placement Experience:

Admission:

The application needs to be filled and sent along with the fee and eligibility documents. Their will be a university held entrance exam which will determine our admission. The course lets us choose between different packages involving political science, sociology, Economics, Hindi and English and History where the last three are compulsory in each package. This mixup of subjects is what made me choose this course as I found the other subjects offered too useful in my study of Political Science which was the one I elected.

the college expenses is in budget but the parking area is small and the staff are good but some of them are not co-operative most of the students visit the library but having low space we did not move that side

Awesome experience

Entrance Preview:

I love the language English so I opted for this course and this being the best college in the state and third best in the eastern zone it had to be SXC Ranchi. It is the first autonomous college under Ranchi university. Entrance exam is conducted by and in the college this course is one of the oldest and reputed ones of SXC RanchiFor externals. Just go through the bacis of English literature the panel there is there to check your deservingness that's it. Need not worry a lot just be confident. Keep all your documents ready and attested as you won't get enough time after the list is out.

Life at karim city college jamshedpur

Actually I applied only for this college because it is nearer from my home and actually this college is quite famous in my hometown and i didn't apply in another college because this is kolhan university and the education is good in this college.
