Many of our alumni get jobs in many private and government companies. A job fair held in our college every year. Many companies come in the job fairs like Honda, Tata, etc. Many of them working in TCS. Though placements of our college not very excellent but satisfiable.

J. B. College the name defines. A prestigious college in Assam. Many prominent personality is passing out from this college. NAAC rewarded A grade to our college base of its performance. Most importantly the college is near of our home District. Therefor I select this college.

I am a permanent resident of Jorhat and Jagannath Barooah College is the best college of Jorhat. From Higher secondary 1st year I have been reading in this college. My scores in higher secondary examination not good. But as a higher secondary student of this college I got admission in degree availed qouta. So that I choose this college.

Jagannath Barooah College is the Assam's 2nd and upper Assam's 1st College. Most importantly the college is in our neighboring district. NAAC recognize Jagannath Barooah College as A grade college. So that I got admission in this college.
