Campus Experience at VIIT

Likes

Good Infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories and library
Most of the faculty are friendly and approachable

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are good. The highest package in our college in my batch is 23 LPA, and the average packages are around 5 LPA. The placement process and recruitment drives typically begins in the 7th semester.

Good Institute for placements and Industry experience

Likes

The campus is very clean and spacious with greenery
Strong and resilient infrastructure, with neat corridors
clean drinking water supply and sports activities

Dislikes

Road to the college is not good and need to be repaired
More time should is not given for extracurriculars
Washrooms in all floors are not clean and need to be maintained

Placement Experience:

Placements are pretty good. The college's placement team strives hard to train students in various aspects like programming, quant, verbal, and other required things. Various companies come for recruiting students.

My review on my college

Likes

Class rooms, boards, labs, seminar halls
The syllabus was upto the subject and very good
Labs were filled with full equipment which are required for every branch

Dislikes

Infrastructure was not up to the mark need to be developed
More other activities like events should be organized
The college timings and bus arrangement should be better

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Circullum need to be advanced more in terms for technical and course related and teaching methods need to be improved through new digital and visual way of learning and should get the students interact with industry

Likes

Rules,exam schedule , strict examination
Good labs and equipment based onthe branches various
Free time is more in college to get escape

Dislikes

Management behaviour, school type, restrictions
Worst maintenance,worst staff,lack of explanation in classes
No proper teaching,worst qualification in explanation and presentation

It was okay but it was not okay as it was displayed on the campus posters it was totally different their mention the topst range of package without mentioning what actually it come with an offer letter of getting package

Beautiful Memories Of My life

Likes

There were many clubs and my interaction and participation helped me achieve confidence and team-spirit which is a thing i liked the most.
The libraries and labs were equipped with the latest software and were well maintained which improved my overall experience.
The placement opportunities were very high when compared to other colleges and hence helped me a lot to excel myself in various companies.

Dislikes

The rules were very strict regarding uniform and attendance which is a drawback since i could not prepare well at home
The location of the campus is in the outskirts of the city limits making it hard for transport and network facilities within the college environment
The canteen food are not upto the standards and lacked quality which is a drawback

Course Curriculum Overview:

When i joined this course which is artificial intelligence and data science, it had more impact and future growth that was very essential to have future growth and i had interest from childhood in technology and robotics, The teaching methods were also very creative and well-projected and hence the teaching was good in terms of theoritical subjects.But the timings of the exams were very close to one another making it less time to prepare well and entirely which was a drawback that i experienced

Likes

Well maintained environment, suitable for study environment.
Well maintained Library with vast amount of books available to read
Well maintained Infrastructure in classrooms and labs

Dislikes

Canteen need to be improve their food quality
Sports session is available only for few semesters
College timings are not flexible for those who are coming from larger distances.

The over discipline, like stopping students at the gate after 10mins of late
No proper sports and extra curricular activities
No proper canteen maintenance and expensive

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from seven semester Many companies visited our college. The highest package was 22 lakhs per annum, and the average package is seven lakh almost 60% of students selected after my degree I plan to purse higher studies

An Honest Take: A thoughtful Review

Likes

Infrastructure In the college was very good
Environment and greenary around the college was very peaceful
All the classes are IoT enabled and smart classes

Dislikes

Strict rules and regulations which doesn't give a feel of B.tech college
Timings are 9 to 4 and there is no leisure hours
no holidays on saturdays that was a drawback

Placement Experience:

Placements are good untill 2023 as the recession got hit in 2024, in 2024 the placements got decreased and in 2025 it was inreasing with highest package of 23LPA from CISCO and few other companies offer 16LPA and 10LPA
