Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is very nice and suitable for the current academic criteria. The subjects we are thought with are suitable for the understanding of real world applications and advanced technology

Im currently pursuing my B.Tech in Vignan's Institute of Information Technology where I got into this through AP EAMCET 2021. I got alloted to AI&DS in 2021 and because I am from lower income family I get Scholarship from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. In Vignan there is a fixed fee is there. For my stream, 52000 per year

Campus Life

In our college there are many clubs are there, these clubs are passed down by our seniors to us and it is our responsibility to maintain those and also we are responsible to passed down to our juniors, these club are mainly focused in improving inter student communication and bonding

Admission

Vignan Institute of Information Technology is popular for it placements when compared to the other colleges available in Visakhapatnam and and also my favourite stream artificial intelligence and data science is available only this college during that time. This is the main reason I have preferred Vignan Institute of Information Technology.

Faculty

The faculty provided by our college are very well educated and professional in their respective fields. They come up with a hands on experience and technical knowledge on the subjects the teach. I like Nayak sir and Mani Kumari mam. I dislike Hima Bindu madam, she is very strict when it comes to discipline which sometimes causes irritation to the students. Coming to the part of examinations we are conducted with weekly test and which are of easy level and which helps us to maintain our studies for further semester exams.

Interview Experience

Group discussion topics are mostly focused on the recent advertisement in the Technology like difference between 3g, 4g and also focuses on the environmental aspects like we are bring together to discuss about the adverse effects of sound pollution etc

Night Life

Nightlife in Vignan college is very safe. Lanes are well lit and security members are also employed to make sure no disturbances are occur. We have different places inside our campus where we can hangout during anytime.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.
