MY HONEST REVIEW ON VIT-AP

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

for the students who came from VITEEE the fee could be vary from 1L-2L for mechanical engineering (course fee) and from 24 batch onwards the govt cancelled the post metric scholarship even if you got selected via eapcet. it came out to news recently but they have promised and written in admission form for 24 batch as 0 fees full fees reimbursement

There are so many clubs available in VIT-AP and they keep on conducting events every week in the open-theatre or auditorium and the sports and gym activities are also available. there is no such thing called central library for this University which is a major drawback you will have a library with half of a floor for the entire students from degree to PhD which is very very limited and mostly you will be the books you want but the size of library is way too small

I'd applied for NITs and IIITs with my jee mains marks but i didn't got selected. after that I've searched for the local options and I found VIT-AP as the best one in Andhra Pradesh (private universities) you can join in this University either from VITEEE or EAPCET but spending more than 3L per annum including tuition fees + hostel fees is not worth it for this University so if your fees is below 3L per annum you can choose this college or else look for better options like LPU

The relationship between student and faculty is completely depends on individual, some faculty will be cool and chill but few will be strict and hard but it doesn't matter unless you want to break the rules personally overall I've experienced the good faculty so far and the exam structure is you have to write 2 mid-semester exams CAT-1&2 after that you have to write FAT the final semester exam and the marking scheme will be considering overall as 100 CAT1&2 will be shortened to 30 from 100 (combined 15+15) FAT will be shortened to 40 from 100 and the rest are internals like Quiz, assignments, projects

You're not allowed to roaming in campus after 8:00 Pm it is clearly mentioned in your hostel rules no body can cross the hostel premises after 8:00 Pm and you are not even allowed to visit other hostels too. there is no such thing called night life in this college or outside of this college
