professors are approachable and invest time in mentoring students both academically and professionally.
Campus life often brings various opportunities, from cultural festivals and sports events to workshops and student clubs. Many students find these experiences incredibly enriching and help to build a strong sense of community.

We are eligible from 7th semester There are plenty of companies that visited recently like COGNIZANT,QSS,JOSH TECHNOLOGY can't comment as placement cycle is going on 90 % are placed in the placement cycle Will work for sometime then go to higher studies

Raw reality of Srmcem

Likes

There is school like environment, faculty is good there will be too much exams quizs held for you people. There academics are good
There is one room where you get projector and the class are interactive
Campus life is good this year srmcem completed 25 years so they organised #Anvarat programme which is so good and enjoyable

Dislikes

There is so much politics going on there so become your own boss and participate in everything
Infrastructure is old they only paint the building from outside and washroom are too small but that's not a big deal for everyone
College timing is so hectic as classes timing is 9-4:30pm

In 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. Right now there are 5 -6 companies came SBI LIFE, Learning routes, Adverb, Mansukh, HDFC LIFE etc. Highest package till today we got is 6 lac in learning routes and all job profiles is of marketing and sales only Mansukh job profile is of Finance My plans after gettig degree is to do job for 2-3 years and earn a decent amount after that i was thinking of doing startup business

Likes

Some teachers are supporting. They teach good.
Library is good . It has variety of books for students.
Washrooms are clean. College is hygiene. Proper decorum is usually maintained in the college

Dislikes

There are too many test scheduled for the students
Some teachers doesn't care about the students, they just do whatever they want and then leave

Engineering is such a course that is always trending in society. In this course we get to learn about the emerging things of this world. I selected electronics and communication engineering because in this time, everything that we use, is electronic only mainly. So I had a huge interest in knowing about the electronics how it works and how connections and instructions are given in different different appliances

Likes

Time management should be taught to students
Good exposure is given to the students thorough different methods
Faculties are well knowledge and have expertise in their subjects

Should improve sports and cultural activities

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course as it is the most important course if we look in the future technology IT sector will get it's height in the upcoming year. The faculty members are fully qualified and some are PhD Holder also some have man publications on their name and some are working on their patents

Truth of SRMCEM

Likes

The way of teaching by the teachers is excellent.
The campus of the college is small and easy to remember everything
Communication between students and faculty is easy and all faculty are available for students.

Dislikes

The duration of exams is very lengthy and take too much time to conduct exam.
The results take a long time to be declared.
AC rooms are not available for the classes so it's hard to concentrate on studies while summer.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester the students are eligible for college placement.the college provides placement in various companies like TCS, cognizant etc.the average package offered by college is 4-6 lakhs per annum.

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is not too big thus it helps students to remember every place in just few days
The teaching method used to teach students is too good
The hostel facility is available for both girls and boys and separate hostel for 1st year students to prevent ragging.

Dislikes

Too much work load no time for personal development
No fixed and permanent faculty members faculty can change every semester if needed.
The quality of food in hostel mess is not too good .

Placement Experience:

The placement of my College is moderate .the average package provided by the college is 4-6 lakhs per year. 70-80%students are placed in the campus placement drives .and rest try for off campus .I will try to get placement from the college if not then try for off campus

College Chores

Likes

The environment to study and compete with other students
Gender ratio of girls is good here with around 3:7
Teachers here and very supportive and easy to understand

Dislikes

Too much of workload for students with 7-8 hours of college
Too many assignments and surprise tests.
Strict attendance policy of 75% without any lineancy

Placement Experience:

In our college students are getting companies visited to them from the beginning of their 7th semester among which some well known companies were TCS,Wipro,Decathlon etc. Highest package of our college has been 36 LPA and average flutters around 5-6 LPA with around 80% students getting placed. Many students also get internship offers before job also. I plan to take and move further with on campus placement after the completion of my degree

It's provide well studying environment and there is some good faculties of some subject such as Automata , COA and it's need to improve more in lab because there is no well advanced lab computers and these are on old version.
For extra curriculum activities there is so many clubs like dancing Dracula etc, and there is also coding club is provided such as CSI, coding ninjas and many more.
It's provide average packages in such tier 3 colleges and it is also provide internship training program from top companies like IBM .

Dislikes

There labs are no more advance and it is work on the old version of operating system due to this reason they work to much slowly they need to improve it and advance there operating system.
There are no coding environment and faculties force you to complete their assignment on time and there quiz cycle are always more hectic . And you want to place in good companies so you need to study from ourselves.
They need to change some faculties of core subject because they are not able to explain in more efficient way and they have no more knowledge about their subject such python, operating system faculties.

Placement Experience:

Our college placement is average good because, in tier 3 college, you didn't expect too many packages. There are also good companies are visiting for the placement such as tcs, ibm, wipro, etc. In the CSE and IT departments, they provide 100 percent of placement.

Likes

Knowledgeable faculty and college technical fests
College Infrastructure is Good .And ground is also big and college provide facility to the students for the sport.
Canteen is good.Labs are good enough.In labriary maximum books are available.

Dislikes

College time management,very busy schedule for the students.
Every week quizes and surprise quizes which are very bad

Comprehensive review of SRMCEM

Likes

Our faculty is too quirt supportive and awesome . They motivate us to improve ourself.
Environment is too good . Nice classmates. Funny and growing environment.
Library and medical facilities are provided along with many clubs for entertainment and growth.

Dislikes

Too many quizes are conducted in our college.
I hate to write tute sheets and surprise quizes i am tired of doing this.
They judge sometimes on the basis of marks which you get.

Placement Experience:

In previous year around 54 students of cse have got placement and the placement scenrio is good in our college . Companies like corizo, SAP, tcs ,wipro, IBN and many more.visits in our college. They ask questions related to data structure and algorithms
