ISB&M PGDM Human Resource Management: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

• The candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for Reserved Category). 
• Final year graduate students can also apply, provided they have to submit their final aggregate score CGPA/Percentage by given specified date 
• Candidates should have a valid CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT scorecard.

ISB&M selection process is linked with careers & demands of recruiters. To meet the demands of our high profile recruiters, who offers you compensation in the range of Rs. 8 lacs to Rs. 20.56 lacs CTC, we set up the standards of intake.

While ISB&M, admissions are competitive, our selection criteria revolve around a candidate's ability to:

A. Weightage in selection process:

• • Written Test: 25%
• • Academics: 25%
• • GD&PI: 40%
• • Work Exp: 10%

ISB&M admission is profile based selection

• Final year graduate students can also apply, provided they have to submit their final aggregate score CGPA/Percentage by given specified date 
• Candidates should have a valid CAT/XAT scorecard (minimum 1 year of valid score).

ISB&M Pune PGDM Selection Criteria

• Shortlisting of the candidates for the final round of admission will have two categories of candidates, 

1.  Candidates with CAT score of 70+ or XAT score of 60+ Percentile 
2. Candidate with academic background of 10th standard – 75%, 12th standard – 75% & graduation – 60% marks or equivalent CGPA 
3. Candidates who do not come in either of the above two categories.

• For Category 1 & 2, candidates will qualify for GD-PI rounds.
• For Category 3, candidates will have to go through a written ability test and then GD, PI rounds. A written Ability test round will be compulsory for all

• The weightage for final selection will be based on overall performance distributing into 25% for the Written Ability Test. 25% for Academics, 40% for Group Discussion and Personal Interview and 10% for work experience.
• The merit list will be drawn and candidates will be intimated regarding the results over email. 
• The results will also be displayed on the Institute's official website

Other Expenses :

• Caution Money Deposit of Rs.10,000 (Refundable).
• Placement fees as specified by the Placement Assistance Cell is Rs. 20,000 per year.
• Alumni Life Membership of Rs. 10,000.

Note: Currently 18% GST is applicable on the Alumni fee & Placement fee-only, However GST will be charged at actual, if applicable on other fees.
