Faculties in ISBM are super cool. Also, they are very engaging with the students. Not only in terms of studies, even in ISBM events we see a great side of them. The classes in ISBM taken by these faculties are worth attending as these are not one of those boring lectures. All the classes taken by these faculties are full of presentations, role plays, etc.

Each subject will have 3-4 professors who will not teach more than 80 kids at a time. They came from various fields while few had come from completely academic background others came with rich industry experience. We also had guest lectures from different spheres visiting us for special classes who would mostly impart their industry knowledge.

PGDM in Pune

Each subject would be of 30 to 40 hours. Everyday there would be 4 to 6 lecture of 75 minutes. Most of the faculty comes from outside and there are not many inhouse faculty. Qualification and experience wise most of them were very good. They had done PhD and some were in the process of completing their PhD. Their experience helps me a lot during my professional career.

My Review

The in-house faculty is good but the visiting faculties are amazing. College organises few visiting faculties for few subjects every trimester. Every faculty is given 32 lectures in the whole trimester. And the lecture schedule is flexible, you have to attend lectures even on Sundays or late nights till 10-11pm. Most of the faculties holds industry experience which has given us good exposure and knowledge.

We have 6 subjects with an add on course. Each faculty teaches a different subject and also each year have different faculty. Some are visiting faculty while others are in house faculty. Faculty members are well experienced and teach their subjects accordingly and also motivate us for our studies as well as the extracurricular activities.
