Supportive Faculty: Most of the faculty members were friendly and helpful. A few professors had industry certifications and guided us in preparing for certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner and Cyber Security Essentials.

Limited Core Placement Opportunities: Although placements were provided, cybersecurity-specific placements were very few. Most companies that visited the campus offered roles in general IT support or software development.
Lack of industry exposure : there were not many tie ups with cyber security companies
Average technical events : while college hostel some tech events but the event has low level of hackathon and coding
Placement Experience:
SVIT provides good placement opportunities for general IT roles, but students aiming for niche fields like Cyber Security need to take initiative, upskill themselves, and explore off-campus options. The college is improving slowly, and I believe future batches will benefit more if industry tie-ups are strengthened.
