Likes

They teach very good and explain each and every concept clearly .
They give scholarships like adi-dravodar and tribal welfare scholarships, backword classes, and minorities welfare scholarships, etc.
Fest in this college is not great like other engineering colleges but it is fairly good and there is complete freedom to organize and participate in them.

Dislikes

The staffs at the food court especially at the billing counter are very rude as if they own the college
Some of the faculties shows so much attitude and disrespect the students often
The college food court is not good . They taste average

Good and peaceful environment , the faculty members offers you a good and peaceful learning method so that you can gain a proper engineering knowledge and even they allows you to join and participate in various extra curricular activities and making
The infrastructure of the college is somewhat acceptable as it is a old and reputed college but the management is now on the work of reconstruction of the college and they also makes the environment clean and neat by adding some grass and bush around

Dislikes

The timing system of the college is mostly disliking as they follow strict rules on timing of the college and once you get late the watchman asks your identity card and give it to the department and you need to collect from there by giving your reaso
Mostly the computer labs will be working properly but sometimes there may be some issues with the computer and they gets malfunctioned
Once you go for the sports and other stuffs the faculty members asks for the OD letter that was not been issued by the other department

Placement Experience:

The college placements will be satisfactory as the placement division plans to provide all the necessary topics and important things required for the placements and only when the students analyze their level and patch up along the placement division they gets placed

A Review about SREC

Likes

College was not so strict and rude to students.
Teachers took good care about our studies
Hostel was good and well maintained in my opinion

Dislikes

Location of college too far from the main city
There was no proper transport facility to the college
There will be no culturals or any celebration will be held

Placement Experience:

In my college, Placement cell will start to provide placement training for students from 4th semester and the students will eligible to attend campus placements from 6th semester. Highest pack was from a company called Zoho and avarage package from the companies were around 3 - 4 lakhs.

About my college

Likes

There will be a good infrastructure to study
The focus mostly on studies and academics
There will be placements for all departments

Dislikes

Could keep more number of cultural programs
Can have another canteen for food and snacks
Organise more competition for the interaction

Placement Experience:

They offer campus placement in good numbers.If we have lot of skill we could easily get our placements.The placement includes most of the service company and product company.There will be large amount of core company

Life at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College

Likes

I like our college weather . It’s not too hot nor too cold . It’s pleasant at times . The college staffs are friendly

Dislikes

The college food court is not good . They taste average
The staffs at the food court especially at the billing counter are very rude as if they own the college

Likes

The things I liked in college, sports they give more importance to sports and they encourage us more.
Second thing is I like teaching methods and their appreciation.
Third thing is placement.They more training for our placements

Dislikes

I disliked they won't leave hostelers to go out even to take print outs .
Second thing is food court.There is less amount of dishes only available.
Third thing is Some staffs do favour for students.

Placement Experience:

From end of the third year 6th sem placement will come in my college. There are more than 50+ companies come into our college placements.The highest package is 24 lakh per annum.I am also applied for placement in college. 90% of the students got placements.

Infrastructure is excellent and professor are well knowledgeable.

Dislikes

There could be some more facilities added.

Placement Experience:

In end of 5th semester students are eligible for placements and name of the company is soliton. 5 students are placed. The highest package is 24 lakhs and average package is 4 lakhs. Moreover 80 percent af the students are getting placed. My plan is to get placed.

Likes

I like the staffs in my college as they're so kind and teaching very good
The restrooms will be so clean that I have never seen that kind of cleanliness anywhere and the total campus will be very clean
The lab facility is very good each lab consists of atleast 4 air coolers and even fans at the same time too

Dislikes

The food available in the food court will be not much good it will be hygienic but not such tasty
The infrastructure is somewhat okay as that was constructed many year ago the infrastructure won't be that much good but okay to stay in

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements Many companies like Wipro, Amazon, Bosch, Capgemini and they take less no of offers from 10-20 in each company but Capgemini take many offers above 50 The highest package last year(2023) was by Benz company and they gave 14 lakhs annual package and the average would be by Capgemini 4.5 lakhs per annum 60% of the students will be surely placed every year Pursuing PG course in abroad

college mates ,friends ,faculty and placement cell
Freedom to learn and friendly faculty ,collaborative environment
Placement is very good and the placement cell does a fairly good job

Infrastructure can be better , extracurricular activity can be organized more
More importance can be given to develop students interpersonal skills
Can conduct more activities and collaborate with other colleges

Students are eligible to attend placement from the 5th semester. There are almost 200+ companies visiting and almost 800+ offers made in 2022. The average package is 4lpa and the highest package is 13 LPA (on campus) and 20+ LPA (off campus).
