Likes

The things I liked in college, sports they give more importance to sports and they encourage us more.
Second thing is I like teaching methods and their appreciation.
Third thing is placement.They more training for our placements

Dislikes

I disliked they won't leave hostelers to go out even to take print outs .
Second thing is food court.There is less amount of dishes only available.
Third thing is Some staffs do favour for students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I like computer science engineering and it's my decision to take this course.The exam timing is comfortable for us .The timing for exam is 9.30 to 12.30 is so comfortable. Their teaching methods is nice and we understood clearly.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 52000 per year

Placement Experience

From end of the third year 6th sem placement will come in my college. There are more than 50+ companies come into our college placements.The highest package is 24 lakh per annum.I am also applied for placement in college. 90% of the students got placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee for me in sri Ramakrishna engineering College for computer science department is 1lakh in first year and 80,000 in 2nd year.And in my college their is more scholarship is available.I have first graduate scholarship 28,000 per year .

Campus Life

Annual day,sports day and club events are in our college. I participated in sports event and yuva club ,NSS club and I am a part of sports Club . Classroom facility and technology is ok.The library in our college is so better.There is a block for library in our college.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities in hostel room that bed, 2fan there is no cabord in room and chair and table. Hostel food is ok not bad and menu is good for us and 4 members for a room.I locality room rent is 6000 per month.In college hostel per year 85000.But we won't in hostel fully one year.

Admission

I applied for this course through counselling only .For my marks I came into second round I applied and I got this college.eligibility for this course 12 pass . Through counselling I entered into this college.

Faculty

In my college, faculty to student interaction and students to faculty interaction is more . Any time students can ask doubts and faculties say answer and solutions for their problems.More than that they give us more tasks to do.

Placement Experience:

I am Aishwarya S, final year student from the department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Being a student of Chennai Institute of Technology is an enriching experience and I have been receiving all kinds of support from the faculty and trainers at the placement cell. As part of the college placement process, I got selected in an MNC and am currently working on my internship at Bangalore. Through my journey with CIT, I was able to achieve this milestone with the support and guidance from the college placement cell, my department faculty and HOD. Various training sessions on aptitude, technical and soft skills helped me achieve this much sought-after internship. The support received during the placement preparations is worth mentioning. The college offered me a lot of opportunity to sharpen my technical and professional abilities apart from academics. I did three offline internships, during the semester breaks, at ZOHO, Axcord Global and Intellect Design Arena which helped define my career path. The Centers of Excellence at CIT have proved to be a great platform for providing hands-on learning. The annual cultural fest-Takshashila and technical Symposiums gave me a greater exposure. Working in these events helped me improve my leadership and communication skills. I'm thankful to be a part of CIT - particularly for all opportunities that it has given me in my journey.

Placement Experience:

College provides a better placement ratio comparing to many other private engineering colleges cause it has a centralised placement system and students of same batch from all the 4 campuses come at a place and give interview and get placed on their luck and talent. Also this college provides you an off campus placement system so if u want to grind harder and get a good placement u can prefer for offline campus placement.
