The main thing in college is campus campus is a very good there is a seperate block for each department like mechanical, ENTC,cs, biotech etc, there is also cultural hall which is very big and beautiful all the college festivals and events take place
The second thing there is Sinhgad karadank organized in which there are many completions organized
The third thing organized is mr Sinhgad and ms Sinhgad competition and carnival festival

Dislikes

The management did not take care for students about scholarship and other activities
It also make compulsory to pay all fees before your exam otherwise they didn't allow to give exam
The administrative staff is not supportive

Internships Opportunities:

First of all college does not provide any internships you have to find internships but you can contact with your professors with the help of their connections they can provide you internship in tech companies with stipend for 3 or 6 months

The faculty is supportive and experienced.
The campus is well maintained with good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Bus timings should be more flexible for easy and better public transportation.

Placement Experience:

The college provide many intership apportunities from the very beginning. The average package starts from 4.5LPA depending on the course and student's portfolio. The college makes sure that the every Student is being placed.

Likes

There is lot of exposure in college. Outside of students the college also provides extracurricular activities.
The campus is pretty big and has got lot of Greenery. This keeps the vibe fresh. The campus is also big.
The college provides decent placements. And it also has placements training program for students.

Dislikes

The hostel food. The quality of food is not acceptable. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it is bad.
The long college hours and assignments. There are a lots of assignments throughout the semester.
The classrooms can be better.The projecters and all could be better.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th sem the students are eligible for college placements. The college provides decent placements and the record is also pretty decent. The eligible students get placement based on there skills.

Likes

The campus of college is so big because it is located at hilly area and it is away from city noise
The lab facility are good generally for my department there are various labs which includes computers.
The availability of stores and food in nearby area at affordable price

Dislikes

There are too many colleges in these campus so crowd is big
The mess facility is very poor students try to eat outside
The staff availability is low because teachers are leaving for salary reason

Placement Experience:

The placement is low because companies are recruiting through off campus most but still college provide decent placement there are several service based companies come like tcs,accenture, cognizant,infosys

Sinhgad College - a life of a student

Likes

First thing I like about my college is the campus. It's a huge campus which offers all types of courses a student can do.
The teaching staff of my college is good which helps students to cover their doubts.
My college organises a variety of functions which attracts students.

Dislikes

Parental treatment is not given to students which makes them boring to attend college.
No action is taken on students with attendance less than 75%
A very less number of visits are done in an academic year.

Internship is a major key point in the course. College does not offer a particular company to work with. We need to find a good company ourselves. Stipend is dependable on the company whether to give or not.

Sinhgad College - Pros and Cons

Likes

No mandatory attendance, you just need to submit the practical's before last day.
Placement opportunities for everyone with average of 4-5LPA.
College located on hills which makes the college area chill every time.

Dislikes

Local people interfere in students life.
Rude teachers/staffs are there, who themselves of owner of the college.
Computer and IT department building are good, however other departments building are still like old government school classroom with just a fan. No AC, No smart classroom.

Placement Experience:

Placement are quite good. 85% placement rate with average of 4.5 LPA. From 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Cognizant, Jio, Nvidia, Amazon, Wipro, LTI and plenty of offers made but average 5LPA. Average 4-5Lpa and Highest 38LPA. 85% students get placed from total number of students. I regret pursuing engineering from this college.

Likes

E&Tc staff from S.Y. is much good and helpful among students.
Since the 1st day of my College I am in love with my campus.
All the events and days are organised in a beautiful and thrilling way.

Dislikes

Ambegaon area that is mostly filled with all characterless guys.
Staff Of F.Y. is not much talented as they say that all the professors are PHD holders.
Campus is really very good but in one campus there are multiple colleges this is what just one thing I hate about my campus.

Placement Experience:

After the 5th semester students get eligible for placement cell. There are many top companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture and much more. Average package is 4 lakh per annum and highest is 27 lakh per annum in campus. For placements CGPA should be more than 7.5/10.

Mess food is not much good overall mess facilities are good

Overall college placement are good there is 80 percent student are placed College highest package is 45 LPA And average package is 7 lakhs top companies visit to college some companies are mass recruters

My experience at sinhagad college of engineering, vadgoan.

Likes

Campus is very beautiful you will love it.
Thing like ragging doesn't exist in this collage.
Teachers are really good some are exceptions.

Dislikes

Syllabus is not completed every semester
Some teachers are boring you will sleep in class.
Projectors are not good. They are average.

Internships Opportunities:

You will get interships from second year. Depending upon you want to do it or not. In internship you get task based on your knowledge. There are many companies. Getting internship in this collage and pune is not a big deal.

Very first and important thing is very large campus will full of trees 🎄
The factory is very helpful throughout your course
Various opportunities in computations like stace racing and etc

Dislikes

Location of college of you are suppose to live with your family

You have to opportunitys of internship from 3 rd year Various companies are there for intership In first year you have do one project it may be technical or non technical it's your choice And there is one project compulsory for every year
