Likes

The staff inside sit is really good , all are well experienced lecturers and have a good reputation.
Placements are also good with 800 + offers and avg package of 8
They give lot of importance and oppurtunities in sports and encourage students to take part in all kind of competetions. our college is the one of the best in sports in our state

Dislikes

The main auditorium which is the only auditorium of the college is not at all good
There are 3 blocks one is for 1st year, one is for 2nd and 3rd years one is for final year the fee is around 80000 the food is worst there is no dhobi poor quality food is provided.
The time table is not well structured, it's not so better for the students.

My honest review on my college

Likes

The campus is very good it is evergreen and also it is large campus of 65 acres there is use ground and also bachelor ban football courts
The placements in this college is very good there offering intercepts also in the college itself in spite of recession
The classrooms are very clean Hindi faculty are good

Dislikes

The curriculum in our college is it tough
The curriculum includes to quiz to assignments and
And 40% minimum criteria that is not good for students and 85% is the minimum attendance to sit in semester and exams

Placement Experience:

Is there is any problem in placement and training and no placement is offered by the college the college will help you in building your own entrepreneurship and building other skills to run a own business

SIT: Excellence in education and placements.

Likes

The campus is good and very good environment .
The students here are far better compared to other colleges
Placement is good inspite of recession also.

Dislikes

The college curriculum is very very strict .
the minimum attendance percentage is 85% and it is strict.
Here there is minimum eligibility criteria for assignments and quizzes too.

Placement Experience:

The placements in SIT college is very good inspite of recession also, the highest package offered last year was 32lpa . The average package is 7-8lpa. for cse students almost 90% of students got placement.

Likes

The college campus and the infrastructure.there are a lot of places to explore
Lot of place to explore nearby and good food

Dislikes

The hostel food and the manager of hostels

Placement Experience:

The placements are great and the college avails placements for all students wi to no actuve backlog and there is a certainty of placemets if a student doesnt have any active backlogs The average student can also land a job of 8 lpa The college also provides the opportunity to intern in any company that comes to the college for placements

Likes

Campus, classes and teaching . Environment is too good to read and the campus is peace . Library have more books and the students can barrow the books and read in library.

Dislikes

Nothing I had disliked in the siddaganga institute of technology. But to travel to college it is far from gate to class.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In Siddaganga institute of technology they teach in theatrical first and next they move to teach in practical. They are good at teaching practical. The method of teaching practical is great.All teacher is good at practical.

Autobiography of our college

Likes

Well qualified lecturers, good and Greeny campus and while clean laps

Dislikes

Lecturers are very strict and no extra attendance no extra marks

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did not choose any course, as per my city ranking I got this branch. Our branches particularly about sensors and robotics, sensors are like Real-world applications that are used more. On our campus only the basic sensors are available, I hope they will improve the sensors for modern technology.

SIT, TUMKUR - A VISIONARY AND FUTURISTIC COLLEGE

Likes

The placements are very good. The college has a placement record of 100% and an average package of 10 lpa
The campus is really good. Lots of green trees and plants it feels like youre inside a botanical garden
The system is not too hectic. You get a lot of free time to persue your hobbies, work onnyour other skills and all

Dislikes

The teachers might become a bit fizzy sometime and put too much pressure
The management is not good, they make sudden changes to schedules and timetables which can become problematic to students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very much up to the date and has all the real time data and teachings. They have very good teachers who sort out the textbooks and materials themselves and some generate their own books which are published elsewhere

Good sports facilities and gymnasium and good intrest of college in sports

From 6 or 7 semester the students are eligible for placements in campus A good number of companies visit the college and good number of placements are offered like 200-300 for computers stream Mostly 80 percent students are being placed

Complete review of siddaganga Institute of technology.

Likes

Campus is full of Greenary.Experienced Faculty.Of course some faculty is not good. It happens with other clg also.
No ragging, hostel blocks are seperate for each year students.
Good PLACEMENTS. With good companies.Hostel facility is available.

Dislikes

Very Some faculties are too bad, Doesn't teach properly.
Hostel food is worst, no laundry.mess is not upto the mark

Placement Experience:

Placement was decreased this year(2024) , i don't the reasons. The average package last year was 900000. Now it was decreased to 800000. The offers also decreased. 10lpa offers was around 100+ Last it year it was around 200+

Likes

The college campus is large and covered with trees.
One of the oldest colleges in India, 63 years.
1 hour form Bangalore major cities in India.

Dislikes

Have to walk a long way to go out from hostel.
Hostels are old and need to be renovated.

Placement Experience:

According to me this college has a good placement compared to many other colleges. They have placement courses conducted regularly and they show effect on our understanding of placement. Third years usually get internships and forth years get placed.

My college review

Likes

college offers lots of extra curricular activities
Its having a green environment,which makes u feel different from the cities
there is no ragging and it is a well disciplined college

Dislikes

There is no proper faculty for cse department
teacher have least knowledge in coding ,and never teach anything apart from pdfs
teachers of sit have too much attitude and complainnts of students are never resolved

Placement Experience:

you are eligible for placements from 3rd year and ur sgpa should be above 8 ,oracle ,tcs etc companies have visited ,highest package was aroung 45 lakhs and average package is around 6lakhs ,college says 100% placemt rate
