SSIET college has an excellent facility for placement of passouts in reputed companies, with excellent placement records over the past 3 years.
It provides internships at a reputed company and also offers assistance to those who want to start their own business through the colleges business incubator cell. Internships are provided at a well-reputed company with the best stipend.

Dislikes

The course structure is awful. Most of the important topics have been stripped from the course due to their complexity and the professors inability to teach them.
Placements here are average, and not good. Very few companies show up themselves on the shelf, and very few students get in there. The average package is 2.5-2.75 LPA

Days in my college till now

Likes

Infrastructure of the college is very good with greenery.
Fest are always held by the college to social life development.

Dislikes

Exams marking system is not that good due to this few students got failed.
Extra curriculum is missing in the course.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good , most of the students could make it to crack a campus placement drive only. 1. From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement. 2. The companies visited are many like TCS, Wipro, Tata Motors etc with 80 % of offers. 3. Highest and average package is varies between 10lpa to 4lpa and the profiles are developer, sales etc 4. 80 % Students getting placed by the placements. 5 After getting the degree i want to be a software development and work for top company like Amazon and facebook.

The college life was much better than rest of colleges in Chhattisgarh
Students interactions between each other

Students lack of seriousness in studiess
College biased to several students politically

There were good placement opportunities in Shankaracharya in as compared to another college in Chhattisgarh. at the time of applying for placement, the students must not have any backlogs. that's why most of the students get their place who actually applied for placement

Likes

The college campus and infrastructure is one of the things which i liked
Second thing would be cricketing events that i liked and loved our college conducts 3-4 events of cricket every year

Dislikes

The hostel is kind of very bad in the college

Placement Experience:

so placements are not so good in our college after 6th sem companies do come but they are all mostly sales jobs and even if a tech companies come they hire 3-4 students out of 2000 which is quite a problem and only sevice based company come to campus

Environment of the college is very good.
There is very greenery in the college and coolness.

Dislikes

Although Central Library is very big but books are not easily accessible.
Placement is noot so good specifically in this tine of recession

co-education and social life inside the campus

the curriculum is relevent for IT students. It directly focuses on coding skills and practical projects. while aligining with currents technologies and industry requirements. However, the frequency of exams may need improvement.

Sstc is a really wonderful college. Here students enjoy and learn a lot.

Likes

Shri Shankaracharya institute of technology and management is a best place for study

Placement Experience:

the 6th-semester students are eligible for the placements. Big companies like Infosys, Amazon, Paytm, byjus, Google, Wipro, Hindustan Unilever etc companies visit our college for placements. The highest salary package offered is 10 lakh, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 lakh per annum. Above 60 Percent of students get placed every year. After getting the degree I would like to be i entrepreneur.
