Campus is filled with nature spreading over 50 acres Has a lake within the college campus itself, peacock sightings are very common during early morning in all the seasons, along with this beauty snakes are also sighted oftenly
The college resides in the heart of andheri where all the facilities ranging from commute to food lifestyles are satisfied, right next to azad nagar metro station and surrounded by well lnown food chains and some less known but underrated too
The college shares the campus with 4 different colleges namely spit spjimr bhavan’s and wadia high school

Dislikes

Having the campus of 50 acres doesn’t help the students of SOCE
People of bhavan’s college damage the pleasant decorum of the peaceful campus
The area around it is so expensive for the students not living in hostel

Admission:

Pros Campus is spread over 50 acres Luscious green campus with a lot of pure air to breathe 3rd best college for pursuing civil engineering in Maharashtra Cons The area around it is expensive Cost of living for a decent life is 25-30k atleast Being in mumbai it rains whenever wherever

The campus is very peaceful, greenery everywhere.
All the staff in the college is helpful.

Dislikes

Cultural activities don't often take place
There's nothing like that I didn't like about the college.
There are some restriction in the campus for SPCE students

Admission:

I had 94.399 percentile in MHT-CET and I got the college in my 3rd Cap round for Civil Engineering. If you've above 85 percentile you can try in the spot round too. I got TFWS seat so I got a benefit of 15000/- over fees. There was no such difficulty in admission process. For the cut-off's you can go through CET website.

Admission:

The cutoff was above 140 for open during my time that is 2017 right now the cutoffs have decreased and you might get admission at 130 above marks in mht cet. It is autonomous college and exam is semester pattern

I love the surroundings its very pleasant and full of greenery
Live the teaching faculty they very friendly and always ready to help
The people i met there. My classmates were the best

They could've maintained the toilets alot better
The water filter could have been clean regularly

Admission:

I did not face any group discussion or interview. Had to CET mcq test. Test was an mcq one of 200 marks. Consisted of questions generally from the physics chemistry and maths from CBSE. 1 hour for maths and 1 hour for physics and chemistry. 100 marks for maths and 100 for physics and chemistry. Post test, there are CAP rounds held. I secured 148/200 and got my admission in the 5th CAP round.
