Seniors that I know have been doing internship this holidays, but I don't know if the college provides it or you have to search for internships. But you can get internships by taking help of the college faculty.

You can get internships at government as well as private companies. The stipend is mostly not given during internship but one can expect internship at reputed companies such as mumbai metro, railways, telecom such as BSNL

Many internships of students are enrolled through themselves. The internship plan isn't so strong in our college. So to tackle this problem they made compulsory internships for students last year. There are project submission events every year in our college.
Yes, the college provides an internship. The experience of the internship was quite good. Because of the reputation of the college, there are a lot of internship opportunities available for students.
Companies started visiting our campus from Semester 7. A lot of core & non core companies visit our college. Most of them are very reputed brands. Like for Electrical , companies like Schendier Electric, Bluestar , Lodha , JLL , TVS , Siemens , Axis Bank, ICICI BANK, Kotak Life Insurance , Burn's and McDonald's , Cognizant , Capgemini, Wipro, LTTS, Voltas , TATA POWER, TATA MOTORS, Reliance, TATA Technologies , Amazon, Chegg India , MT Educare , Infosys , Decimal Technologies etc. Average package offered for our batch is around 6-7 Lakhs per annum . Most of our batch students got placed , we can say more than 80 % of students got placed even in covid situation. Highest package offered till now is by ICICI BANK - 11 Lakhs per annum.
The placements are decent. Not everyone opts for it there is a mix of students who go for higher education, a family business or apply for placements. A good academic score is required to get shortlisted.
Campus placement is awesome and one of the best in country after IITs and top nits for core branches as we have only core branches. Only the best companies are allowed in campus placement for core branches. Average placement is 5-6 LPA and highest salary of 2020 was 21 LPA for civil engineering. And many students opt for higher studies in top colleges in USA, Germany and all around globe . Some prefer government job and prepare for government services. In 2021 3 people from my college got an AIR under 500 in UPSC. And a few went to ivy league college like Wharton, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon university, etc .
Yes. But I have bagged my internships without any help from college. College does help in getting internships. Professors have great connections across the industry and help students in securing internships. Stipends aren't unheard of but are rare.
Internship opportunities are not that great however college gives letter of recommendation to the students. But students have to find internship opportunities on their own and college may assist them if required in finding internship.
