Good quality of teachers:- mostly professors are excellent in their respective fields and have great subject knowledge.
It was amazing and great to be witnessed and roam around and live the college life as beautifully as shown in movies and all.
I know this is a very big amount but it is good for your future this college makes efforts to make you good for top mncs the scholarship is good they provide scholarships and even i got my scholarship

Dislikes

Some of the rules are so bad in this college like for hostel related
The fee structure of my college is very high which may be unappropriate for people this college is prohibited for poor the scholarship is hard to get.
You can not stay in hostel during college hours this most bad thing here

Likes

The infrastructure of Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology is very beautiful. Each and every place is well cleaned by the workers
The faculties here are very understanding and teaches very good . High quality teaching is provided to all the students.
Every subject is taken care of and even training programs are given to students which are required for job.

Dislikes

No free time is given to students. Teachers are present 9-5
No time for extra curricular activities and sports.
No free period is given to students and we are exhausted by the end of the day.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is very good and it prepares us well. A lot of tests are cunducted to check our ability or performance and the faculties are on time with their course. This course allows me to be to understand the basics better and help me in future.

About internship details

Likes

All the infrastructure facilities are mind blowing very nice and maintained furniture very neat and clean classrooms and very big auditorium with ac facilities in every classroom
all the labs are well equipped with modern computers and a very good furniture
All the hostels and messes are clean and safe college is very possessive for student's safety very goo in overall basis

Dislikes

strictness and attendence policy of more than 90%
fine in small small things such as fine on bunking classes
during lecture hours library is not allowed

Placement Experience:

average package is 5lakh per annum if you study well as competition is very high and follow all the instructions provided by the college colmpletely the chances of your placement is very high and approximately 90% of students have got there placement from here every year

Likes

The college follows the strict rule of puctuality , it helps in making student punctual as the strict rule of not allowing the student after he gets late is very good.
Every student is disciplined no ragging cases in college .
Teaching style , ac room classes and beautiful infra structure

Dislikes

90% attendance policy which sometimes creates pressure in student to attend the college regularly.

Placement Experience:

From semester 6th the student become eligible for campus placement Company visited are -TCS, infosys, accenture,mahindra tech Highest package is 47LPA by Amazon , Flipkart,GoldmanSchs Average package is 6 LPA by TCS. 70% students get placed Being placed in IT company

The college provides world class facilities and amenities in term of cleanliness and infrastructure

Having strict rules and regulations with every aspects of college life makes it pretty difficult

The college provides an Excellent curriculum which aligns with the latest ongoing trend in the companies. They have a practical method of teaching students. They Focus on training and do not provide much leave. They take exams every 2 weeks which prepares students.

Best College for Placement opportunity

There are proper and well maintained classroom as well as labs for practicals and projectors in every classroom for proper understanding of subjects
There are different types of trainings are conducted for placements related activities, you will get trainings of basic to higher coding concepts
Air conditioned environment during summer season and availability of electricity in whole campus including classes, hostel premises

Dislikes

Fine are imposed on students at any indisciplinary actions which is against institution norms
You jave to take care of yourself that you should not indulge in any kind of arguments with faculties or staff members of the college
To maintain at least 90% attendance to get good internal marks as well as to be safeguard yourself from fine.Like on every one percent 400 rupees

Placement Experience:

From the ending of 6th semester the students start getting provided with placement opportunities within the college campus and a good amount of offer is also provided here for a fresher role at places like gurugram,noida, gujrat,pune, Bangalore,etc.. There are companies like Accenture,Wipro, Infosys,Hexaware technologies,Cedcoss technologies, Capgemini,etc..

Little Internship opportunities

Campus area is vast and integrated with all the necessary facilities like air conditioned classrooms and big library with all the needed books. Also campus have two canteens for better functioning.
Faculties of PSIT are experienced and polite, they help a student as much as they can and most important they listen to problems of students.
Placement opportunities are always available for the students who are eligible and academically good.

Dislikes

Management of PSIT is somewhat not polite and often deny to even listen to problem and students.
Attendence criterion and very restricted environment makes student not reaching their potential.
Placement eligibility criterion are very high and most of the students are not even allowed to sit for placements.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semster onwards, students are advised to take internship from oustide the campus, as no internhip opportunities are provided by institute. Students from 6th semester are eligible to sit on placement drives. A lot of companies offer placement in campus including some big ones like Atlassian and Infosys. Highest package can go upto 40LPA each year. About 60% students get placement from campus. I want to apply for Mtech after my graduation.

A Comprehensive view of College Life

Likes

The most beautiful and elegant thing i have seen here is the infrastructure itself, it attracts students as well as their parents.

Dislikes

The thing i don't like too much is the culture, No religious activities are evolved here, even they don't have any temple.
The second most heartbreaking thing is attendance which is 90 % to be maintained for sure otherwise you will be penalized.
Students mainly in UG and PG don't really like too much discipline nowadays but this college is runs on discipline only.

PSIT provides a very excellent and handsome job opportunities for students. It also maintain a very good record in past years but because of the recession and corona the percentage of placement has decreased so far but it will resine again in a couple of months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is the new subjects added which adhere to the latest technologies. The curriculum prepares the students very well for real-world applications and further academic pursuits which are very beneficial for the students. The areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum - To remove some of the outdated subjects and Teaching Methods should also be improved. The frequency of exams is twice a year ( semester-wise exams) and timings are on shift basis i.e morning shift, afternoon shift and evening shift.

PSIT Kanpur is one of the best engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh. It is known for it's skill focused and rigorous academic programs and experienced faculty members who provide quality education. The Institute holds cultural events and clubs
Fostering overall personality development. PSIT often organises industry visits, guest lectures, workshops to provide students practical exposure and industry insights. It offers modern facilities including labs, library and campus amenities as well.
PSIT has a good track of Placements with many students securing job offers from reputed companies. The institute is known for it's Ragging Free campus, strict action is taken against those students so students don't have to worry about that.

Dislikes

Students have to maintain minimum 90% attendance
PSIT has long college hours (9-5 pm) which could be tedious.
Library is accessible to day scholars for a shorter period of time.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 6th semester. Many reputed companies companies such as Infosys, TCS, Morgan Stanley, Palo Alto, Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant visit the institute for campus recruitment. Around 2400 job offers were made this year, the average package was 6 LPA while the highest was 50 LPA from Palo Alto. My plan after getting BTech degree is to pursue higher studies in Masters.

PSIT offers good learning resources and facilities to students. The faculties are highly qualified and have years of experience in teaching. PSIT placements 2022 had witnessed a record 90 percent recruitment. The average package offered this year was INR 5-6 LPA. Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. were the major recruiters that took part in the placement drive.
