Good quality of teachers:- mostly professors are excellent in their respective fields and have great subject knowledge.
It was amazing and great to be witnessed and roam around and live the college life as beautifully as shown in movies and all.
I know this is a very big amount but it is good for your future this college makes efforts to make you good for top mncs the scholarship is good they provide scholarships and even i got my scholarship

Dislikes

Some of the rules are so bad in this college like for hostel related
The fee structure of my college is very high which may be unappropriate for people this college is prohibited for poor the scholarship is hard to get.
You can not stay in hostel during college hours this most bad thing here

The good bad of PSIT

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is best with facilities like vending machine on each ground floor
Girl to boys ratio is less in my batch but it average through the entire college
The curriculum is bit backwards not upto industry level but college have added extra sub , classes, workshop to ease with industry norms

Dislikes

The mandatory attendance of 90 percent below that you have to pay the fine
So many lecture in a week you have to attend 40 lectures
Fine for breaking every law ex if caught using phone during a lecture then you have to pay a fine

Placement Experience:

The placement is good mostly every student get place but package maybe slightly less compared to other. Student are eligible from 5 semester for intership and placement.A good amount of company visit the campus in no around around 29. My plans after getting degree is to get a good job

Psit college internal secrets

Likes

Teaching style and training programs by the senior faculty as well as junior
Infrastructure of psit, canteen, library, grounds etc
Canteen food was too osm very good in taste and healthy

Dislikes

Attendance percentage system was very strict you have to maintain it
Fine was high so you have to warn to do any irregular activity

Yes my course was very best actually through this course understand the importance of every member do work for our business. Marketing, sales, finance why all these are important for us. I am learning a lot from it

The faculties expertise is very good here
The quality of infrastructure is very good

The placement here are quite good. The average package is around 5-6 LPA and the highest package was 66 LPA offered by Google. Many Top Company like Accenture amd TCS and others provide on campus placement to a mass no. Of students.

PSIT is good if you are ready to do some hardwork

Campus of PSIT is beautiful. The infrastructure like hostel and classes are also very good
Faculty is very helpful if you have a genuine problem faculty at psit will lsiten to you
The opportunity for everyone for research or enterprenauship you will find support for both

Dislikes

too strict some times the college rules and regulation are too strict
the 90% attendance critera is very hard maintain
dont have much time for anything else beside college

Placement Experience:

Students are elegible for campus placement from the 7th semester. Companes like accenture , Tcs visit the campus ans also turing and many other similar companies. also visist campus Highest package last year was 50 lpa it was off campus offer and most of the higher package offers are offcampus

Faculty are so fruitful and talented and co operative
Mess food are so good in this price so good
And last placement are wonderful you have all thing in one placc

Timing are so strictly when if your health are not good then you can not stay on hostel
Some students are not good in this college but still
All is good except some timings restrictionnn

Already I have said campus placement are so good so marvelous if you want to plan your study in this college for Btech cs then defined you can this is the best college in ncr as well fee structure are also minimum

Likes

I like my college infrastructure it's so so beautiful
Quality of the education provided by the college
College's cleanliness and maintaining hygiene

Dislikes

There are so much rules for hostel students especially for girls
90% Attendance policy is the worst thing

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for placement.. Sopra steria Infosys many companies make no. Of offers in our college . I will try in cooperate job from 6th semester for good placement company

sports event are very good in this collage

You can take admission in chandigarh University instead of this college it is way better this college.

It has a good infrastructure and it is developed also
It has cleanliness and they focused on hygiene
It has well maintained labs and good faculties

Dislikes

They have attendance criteria of 90% .
Timing are also not good they make you sit in cllg from 9 to5
Their is so much politics in cllg no one listen to the students

Likes

The infrastructure of PSIT is well organised and developed.
The faculty are well experienced and coordinate with students to get fruitful results.
The relation between a teacher and the student is extremely good.

Dislikes

I don't like the attendance policy to maintain above 90 percent.
I don't like the fine policy of the college .They used to fine on student for any minor or major misleads
The college is over disciplined . They have any games period.

Course Curriculum Overview:

No curriculum activity is present in the college .they don't allow to play in the ground . No preference is given to the sports and nothing . No sports is played in our college. Only there are some clubs who support the games.

Likes

Infrastructure is 10/10 the lavish classrooms are equipped with lan porta and AC.
Academics is the best and faculties are very supportive
Disciplined life is the best that I like about this college

Dislikes

Unnecessary restrictions like not allowed to take pictures of the campus without permission
Mandatory 90% attendance is something that they should improve
Fine is almost on everything without warning like you cannot use mobile phone in class and if caught they'll charge you with a penalty of ₹2000

Placement Experience:

Placements is something that this college is very proud of . Every year students are cracking good packages and also getting internships in companies like Google and Amazon. The highest package so far is 60+ LPA in Google

PSIT offers good learning resources and facilities to students. The faculties are highly qualified and have years of experience in teaching. PSIT placements 2022 had witnessed a record 90 percent recruitment. The average package offered this year was INR 5-6 LPA. Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. were the major recruiters that took part in the placement drive.
