Campus of PSIT is beautiful. The infrastructure like hostel and classes are also very good
Faculty is very helpful if you have a genuine problem faculty at psit will lsiten to you
The opportunity for everyone for research or enterprenauship you will find support for both

Dislikes

too strict some times the college rules and regulation are too strict
the 90% attendance critera is very hard maintain
dont have much time for anything else beside college

Course Curriculum Overview

The AKTU course and curicullum is pretty outdated but college to make for this gap does several training classes for all the student. The Traing includes web development, problem solving using leetcode and hackerrank.

Internships Opportunities

internship opportunity are available through mainly ecell of the college there you can work for startups incubated at your collge its pretty nice experince would recommned anyone willing to do it for some experince.

Placement Experience

Students are elegible for campus placement from the 7th semester. Companes like accenture , Tcs visit the campus ans also turing and many other similar companies. also visist campus Highest package last year was 50 lpa it was off campus offer and most of the higher package offers are offcampus

Fees and Financial Aid

My College is fees is around 1 lac 80 thausand a year its expensive for a collge in kanpur but the collegeb infratrusture , faculty and also the placements are better in psit compared to many colleges You also get scholarship of around 50,000 - 57,000 Every year. and in the counselling you can apply for fee waiver then your fees will be half but you will not get scholarship.

Campus Life

The annual fes ignitia is the annual event it happens in february month. the library of the collge is pretty good you can find all the books you night need init. there are many labs in the collge from computer lab to electronics lab.

Admission

I applied for some colleges in delhi ncr but at the end I did not join them because the collge fees and the hostel fees combined was around 2,40,000 per year which was out of my budget so that was my reason.

Faculty

Faculty at PSIT is I think very nice if you go to them with a genuine problem then you will most likely get the solution. They can flexible depending upon you behaviour in their class and your marks. The course followed is provided by the AKTU. There are 2 Class Tests and 1 Pre University before the external examination

Night Life

night is pretty dead at this college and my advise to anyone reading this is that is they are looking for night life and fun the do not come this collge you will regret this choice for rest of your life

Average college not bad and not good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become software engineer so that is why i choose B.Tech cse course. And the curriculum is good fit for real world application or further academic pursuits. They majorly focus on practical either than theory knowledge nearly exam occur in every 1 to 2 months and paper difficulty level is average not as much hard and not easy

A good choice for quality education and career growth

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th and 7th semsester the college has a dedicated placement cell that organise training sessions resume building workshops mock interviews and aptitude class to prepare students for placement Many companies visit the campus every year , including IT and sevice based comapnies . The most common roles offered are software developer technical support, data analytical and trainee enginer. The avaerage package can go upto 7 lakh while the highest package can go upto 52 lakhs . Around 70-80% of students get placed through campus drives while other opt for higher studies , internships or off campus job . The placement process is smooth and well organised bh the college. After completing my degree , i plan to either secure a good job through campus placement or improve my skills for better off campus placement.

KMCLU Lucknow : Experience of Campus and Academics

Placement Experience:

My college has an average placement of 6LPA. Placement eligibility starts from the end of 5th semester, but when I got promoted to 5th semester, placements declined due the the restructuring in placement cell. So our batch missed the opportunity to attend any placements. In year 2022, the highest placement was around 22LPA and in year 2023, it declined to 9 LPA as there was restructuring in team. After getting my degree I will look for carrier opprotunities on my own, as I have not experienced any placement in my college years.

The real life experience of NIET

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is good. From 6 or 7 semester the students elegible for placement The TCS, wipro and many more come and offer good package. The highest package is 51 lakh The percentage is almost about 80% get placed. After degree I got a good job .

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for placements some of the companies which visit are amazon, atlassian, google,etc. According to me the highest package is 53 lpa and the average package is 5 lpa. If you had a great skilled then you can get the placement. I don't know the percentage of student getting placements.

LIFE AT PSIT - PLACE WHERE KNOWLEDGE MEETS PASSION AND DETERMINATION

I applied to PSIT kanpur , AKGEC Ghaziabad , KIET Ghaziabad and Galgotias college for btech cse. I got confirmed seats at psit and galgotias. I choose PSIT as it has a better campus , good study plan , high placement rate, and strong link with top firms . The labs and infra are modern and the faculty is helpful. The peer group here is also very active and goal driven. i could not get seat at AKGEC and KIET due to high rank cut-offs, but i am happy with PSIT as it gives good valaue for my jee score....Read More
