Course Curriculum Overview
The technical and verbal training is very good here. These are provided from the first year itself. Whiteboards amd projectors are used for teaching. The exam frequency is like that it occurs in 4 phases: Assignment test, class test, PUs and University exams.
Placement Experience
The placement here are quite good. The average package is around 5-6 LPA and the highest package was 66 LPA offered by Google. Many Top Company like Accenture amd TCS and others provide on campus placement to a mass no. Of students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is 180000 per yr Exam fees is 7500/ yr At first you will have to submit 25000 after getting admission and then when college is about to begin you have to submit rest of the fees. Means 25000+155000=180000
Campus Life
The social life in psit is very good. Every year cultural festival named as Ignitia occurs in which a celebrity used to come. Last year Padma Shri Awardee Kailash Kher was invited. There are also many clubs you can join.
Admission
Yes I got admission in Chandigarh University but I choose PSIT because since I am living in kanpur and I can easily do up and down from here. Also the placement opportunity here is very nice so i decided to get admission in psit only
Faculty
There are enough faculties amd are easily approachable. Some of the faculty are so good that you don't need books from library to score good in the aktu exams. Maybe few of them are very strict but most of them are very friendly.
Night Life
Actually im a day scholar so i can't tell much about nightlife in the college but for hostellers many facilities are provided They can go to gym at the evening or can play any sports and also go to library. The timings are 9:05 to 4:55. 8 lectures occur every day
