Likes

Good quality of teachers:- mostly professors are excellent in their respective fields and have great subject knowledge.
It was amazing and great to be witnessed and roam around and live the college life as beautifully as shown in movies and all.
I know this is a very big amount but it is good for your future this college makes efforts to make you good for top mncs the scholarship is good they provide scholarships and even i got my scholarship

Dislikes

Some of the rules are so bad in this college like for hostel related
The fee structure of my college is very high which may be unappropriate for people this college is prohibited for poor the scholarship is hard to get.
You can not stay in hostel during college hours this most bad thing here

PSIT detailed review

Likes

Infrastructure is 10/10 the lavish classrooms are equipped with lan porta and AC.
Academics is the best and faculties are very supportive
Disciplined life is the best that I like about this college

Dislikes

Unnecessary restrictions like not allowed to take pictures of the campus without permission
Mandatory 90% attendance is something that they should improve
Fine is almost on everything without warning like you cannot use mobile phone in class and if caught they'll charge you with a penalty of ₹2000

Placement Experience:

Placements is something that this college is very proud of . Every year students are cracking good packages and also getting internships in companies like Google and Amazon. The highest package so far is 60+ LPA in Google

Tiring but fun to say

Likes

The infrastructure and the college faculty
Placement are good and the campus are beautiful
Faculty are helpful and kind to the student and placement are amazing

Dislikes

Percentage criteria i hate that it should be 75%
They charge too much fine and too much restrictions are there
I personally dont like the timing it should be 6 hours a day

I like to work in tech and i love to develop software that's why i chose this course It prepares us well to so we can place with a good placement They need to improve in class projectors -all depends

training offered by psit is very helpful for placements.
the placement cell is very active and respond to queries actively.
academically they provide better resources

they charge heavy fine from student after minor inconvinience caused by student
high disciplinary actions on not following rules
90 percent attendance criteria with 9 to 5 college

there's a training and placement department in college which look after the placements of the individual student . trianig and placement department is hard working and has grabbed certain company which hire the mass.

PSIT jail for hostellers

the college campus is full of greenery and environment of college is good.
most of the faculties are experienced and highly educated.
college provides hostel facility as well as bus facility.

Dislikes

the ratio of boys to girls is less in comparison to other colleges.
in last few year the placement cell is not doing there work properly.
the rules and regulations of the college are very very strict. in fact sometimes fine is also imposed.

students of semester 6th are eligible for placement. but one can apply for internship from semester 4 itself. companies like TCS, Accenture, Hexaware, capegimini, etc. In 2024 TCS offered 211 placements and accenture offered 131 offers but this number is decreasing year by year. one of the student grabbed a package of 66LPA from GOOGLE and other student of 5th semester got intership opportunity from google with a stipend of 1.1lac. After compliting my degree I would go for placement opportunities. According to college the percentage of placement is 104.76% in academic year 2024.

College Review about PSIT KANPUR

There are a lot of other subjects thet will develop your personal skills and will improve the chances to get more score in interview rounds like verbal training and problem solving approach.
Teachers, i have so far seen are strict as well as friendly they are strict where they need to be and friendly where they need to be. Your concepts will be clear if you're focused in the class.

Dislikes

One thing is that you have to work hard to get an outstanding job they will provide you jobs that have less income. So the job part is in your hands if you want a good job or a good company
The number of girls i have across is few. And the washroom for girls that provided are less than the no of boys washroom.

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester, college provide placements to students. Student needs to be more into their course so that they can get placements earlier. There are alot of companies that give offers like Microsoft, Infosys, google and others. They don't particularly show how many percentage student get placed they how many got offers which is more than 100%. Highest package got was near about 30-40lpa. I don't have any hope for getting placement more than 4 lacks from my college so I'll apply for jobs other the jobs given by psit. So that i can get jobs that have more package and worth the skills i have for them

Truth about psit

Likes

There Verbal traning classes which helps us to sharpen our English skills
Infrastructure is very good professor are also very good
Environment is very healthy in this college greenery is seen everywhere

Dislikes

Sports is very poor in this college there is no teacher for sports
Manager is very bad at the college and the hostel
The minimum attendance is 90 % which is very high to mentain

Infrastructure of college is excellent and campus is beautiful.
Good support from college faculty in shaping future of students.
College provide extra training for toppers to improve skills

Dislikes

Hostel life is boring due to strict hostel rules.
Girls is t9 boys ratio is less in comparison to others colleges.
A lot of fune is imposed on doing any mischief.

I have passion in for technology and innovation and I found that this course is perfect for me to improve my skills. This course also provide many career opportunities in different fields like IT, aerospace, telecommunication ,etc. The university exam is of 3 hours containing 70 marks for each subject.

The college work on each student if you're bad in studying then each and every faculty will help.
The social interaction is very good in campus in my class there are almost 20 girls you can sit with them if your shy with girls the faculty will help you they will let you to sit with girls so that you can become comfortable
The faculty are also very good they teach in both english and hindi if you can't understand the topic then you can go to there cabins and can understand topic again and again

Dislikes

You have to keep attendance above 90% otherwise you have to pay fine but if you provide them medical report the fine will automatically gets remove
There is proper timing for every thing which I personally don't like as I live in hostel I have to be in my room at 10 o'clock for hostel attendance
You can't move freely in free period and you have to go in mesh in full pants you can't wear shorts when you move in the campus

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible in 3 rd year for placements The company conduct test so you have to clear that test and you have to score above (7 cgpa) for the company entrance test . Most if student get there jobs from internship which they do. The highest package is 66 lacks which is offered by google I don't know about profile offered. But average package is 6-7 lack and it may be less Many company comes in our college like (tcs, infosis, wipro, commvault etc) . After getting my degree I will do Master

Likes

Discipline and lectures are held more precisely
The campus and infrastructure is also very good
The faculty are very good and trained their concepts are very clear.

Dislikes

There is nothing which I don't like everything is good
the attendance must be 90% everyone can't maintain this

Placement Experience:

Placement is quite good.the minimum package of pharmacy so far is 3lpa and the highest package of pharmacy is 6lpa as a fresher so I think it's good. You can persue masters as well after the bachelors.

Likes

In this college I like its infrastructure the most.
Also in this college there are many vending machines.
You can interact to any faculty one to one in your free time.

Dislikes

I don't like the attendance percentage to be maintained in this college.
Sometimes they might charge fines on you it also could be a unsatisfying factor.
That's all the things I dislike about the college and there is nothing other things which I don't like.

Placement Experience:

In this college the placement rate is 100%. You can easily get the placement if you're skills are good.Your communication skills matters.Here's the highest package is of 45lpa and the off campus highest package is 67 lpa.
