The college provides good placement opportunities for students through internships programs, careers fairs the university facilitates valuable connections between students and employeers however u should score good marks
Open students, they can apply for an ebc scholarship, and there are scholarships for hostel students as well.
They have great knowledge about the course and guide students properly.

Dislikes

There Placements are very bad. Average package is of just 4 LPA.
Poor marking for exracurricular activities which was recently introduced under project Based Learning(PBL).
the location might be confusing some times

Pillai college of engineering review

Likes

The infrastructure of college is too good.
The staff faculty is supportive for students.
All the equipments are very good for practicals.

Dislikes

The canteen food reception is taking too much time to serve.

Placement Experience:

For the each class class coordinator is assigned and over the 20 students the mentor provided . The mentors take the time to time meetings to appreciate students for appear for the placements they encourage students .

The things I like is the professor which always tried to co-ordinate with the students and make the study easy and are very much cooperative there are some professors which are passed out from IIT which gives us much knowledge about the study
The second thing I like the management it is very much great than the other college they entertain each student very nicely and help them in getting there study easy and if any problem occurs they try to solve it then and there
The third I like is the campus and the students each and every day one or the event happens in the campus at its very joyful and Jolly environment like if anybody is coming to the pillar college they do not feel bored they just feel energetic every d

Dislikes

Do teen ka I don't like is it is not such as campus but it is much bigger than other campuses and well managed

The campus placement is great literally now only from ECS department a girl got 32 LP package from Flipkart and mostly the average package is around 4 to 5 lacs and highest package goes up to 32 lakhs and mostly every student who is studying in pillar college is getting ampest placement 10 or 20 students do not get because of there interview but much placement is there is from pillai college

Dynamic life at PCE New Panvel

Likes

Strong Academics, PCE is known for having experienced and knowledgeable faculty, especially in core engineering subjects.
Infrastructure and Facilities: The campus is well-maintained, with modern classrooms, laboratories, and a comprehensive library
Being located in Navi Mumbai, PCE offers good connectivity related to traveling

Dislikes

During peak hours, the college tends to feel overcrowded, especially with a high intake of students in cafeteria
there are a large number of students enrolled, competition for academic excellenc
well-connected, students who commute from the farther parts of Mumbai may face long travelling

Placement Experience:

Since now this year couple of companies mail we got to apply for internship and placement, a company at Nerul Paras anti drone has offered us for internship, all thanks to placement cell. A right student can easily get placed as good number of companies visit in this college and also ageber package is somewhere 6 to 8 lpa and highest may be 14 lpa. College committee always conduct placement related activities and aptitude test

My College Experience (So far)

Likes

I feel that the faculty is well enough in teaching as I my lectures have just started a week ago.
The infrastructure of the college is commendable, no issues in that.
The support of the teachers and faculty during your admission is great and the faculty helps in everything you need.

Dislikes

On the basis of my one week of experience, I think the infrastructure is great but the college needs to improve the quality of the students washrooms and rethink about the cleanliness of it.
The ratio of boys and girls is a thing to talk upon, because I think it is unfair. In my specific class there are basically 10-15 girls and in comparison boys have a great collective number of 40-45.
I had a big issue during my admission. I was placed in the wrong class with no roll no. I attended 3 days of college and after that I realised I was placed in a different class. The faculty helped greatly but such a mishap might damage my studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In this specific topic our Indian Education system is far behind. Everybody knows that the subjects which are teached to the students are of no use in the student's future. And I too have the same perspective about this. The curriculum which is assigned for me is almost of no use in my future. The things which actually matter are the extracurricular activities which are performed. These activities give a peek to the real-world applications. I think the curriculum should be given a restructure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason I chose this college was it was autonomous and it doesn't come under MU though it is. But the papers are all prepared by our college faculties. We get only a month before a term of a sem, and they would be still covering up topics 2 days before exam. Although this applies only for engineering students. And only if u have 75% attendance rate than you are allowed to give exam.

Seasons of my college life

Likes

The teachers are very accommodating and understanding, when i ask doubts they wont just shrug it off as if its not their business cause many teachers in colleges do just that so when i arrived in this college i was surprised on how attentive they are
There’s a lot of event going in which will help in progress ur pointers
affordable fee’s with nice teaching is quite rare these days

Dislikes

although having a good amount of attentive teachers, there’s a fair share of teachers who actively attacks students who they don’t like
since its a private college there’s enough ragging cases
The washrooms aren’t maintained well so there’s quite a lot sanitary issues

The courses have been very entertaining and comprehensive . The usual has been quite repetitive cause the overall program's haven't been refreshed for years now so usually just betch , computer engineering and mtech

Campus architecture as our clg has the biggest campus in navi mumbai and its very good too
Faculty they are very nice to every students and they instantly solve every doubt
Events alegria is one of the best organized clg festival in entire mumbai

to be recogonised as a computer engineer is a great achievment for a person like me as there are plenty of scopes. they provide us with essential academics which may help us in real world applications they should introduce more practical teaching than theory the exams are very flexible as there are 2 moths gap between every exam

College experience.

Likes

Campus architecture especially the quad and atrium.the labs are well maintained and neat and the staffs are also well behaved
Faculty . They solve our doubts whenever required and they teaches well in classroom also.
Events. Alegria is the most well organized event in entrire navi mumbai it is worth the cost we pay for entry

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took this course cause i wanted to become a computer engineer in future as it has more scopes in companies. In the current curriculum they includes topic which also prepares us for real world applications which may be useful for us to apply in further job. They can improve the course curriculum by increasing more practical learning than Theory. The timing of the exams are very flexible cause we have a gap of one month between our 2 IA's and a 3 to 4 week gap for our end sem exams.
