Course Curriculum Overview

I took this course so that I can get the desired job within my field. The course are well defined to a particular real world application. The academic can be improved by making online decision and meetings. The frequency of exams are very flexible

137067 in 1st year 152839 in 2nd year and 123678 in 4th year and 134578 in 3rd year. There are scholarships for economically weaker section and they are usually given compensation in their regular fee structure

Campus Life

Alegria and tech alegria plays a very important role in college fame. All kind of educational books are present in library one can easily rent it from library. The classrooms are well maintained. Sports also plays a very important role in college. Nss plays a very important role.

Admission

Other colleges also offered me admission but not of my desired course so that I don't face problem in future job applications that's why I didn't choose those colleges. Yeah I got rejection in several colleges because of the cutoff. The admission process is very simple through jee mhcet etc

Faculty

Faculty members are well behaved and they usually keep an eye on every student so that each Students can pass easily in all subject. Every teacher is good. The exams are conducted in a span of 2 to 3 months . The level of exams are moderate

The course curriculum is pretty outdated. I am in cybersecurity specialization and there are only 2 subjects(starting from 2nd year) related to cybersecurity.and those courses are good but the faculty teaching them arent that great. they just read out the ppts, which they dont even share.

Practical College Life with Real Opportunities for Self-Driven Students

Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.

I don't know much about the placements but I heard that after third year onwards you get placement opportunities . The highest package is 12 lacks and the average package is between 3.5 to 4.5 lacks .

That aspect that made me choose this course that the it very oriented with the project based learning which prepare students for the industry level knowledge and ready for the job . It really prepare for the real world problem which are needed in the industry. Some improvements can also be added as the era is of AI the curriculum can be shaped based on the AI for future proof. The frequency of the exam is every 6 months it is very good to have exams every 6 months as students get to check their knowledge on timely basis the difficultly level is manageable.

Semester 7 is when the placement season starts, and sem 5 onwards you can appear for internship season. The highest package goes in crores but mostly in cse department, others not IT jobs have reletively lower packages avarage being 20 LPA. Almost 60 percent and above students get placed in my guess. I am planning to work in a chemical process design firm.
