Our college environment is good we can see different types of plants and trees in our PDA collage.
Our college is big and it is spread over 72 acers.
Dislikes
Our intrastructure is little poor. the campus doesnot hold the number of hostels it should hold for students
Course Curriculum Overview:
After completing my PUC in Chandrakant Patil Pu College
I decided to go for engineering. and since I didn't score well in KCET I took admission in PDA collage. My KCET rank was 42,200.
1st sem was the learning period, everybody studied as if there was no tomorrow. But me and some of my like minded friends knew first year is not only for studies,we enjoyed first sem of engg.
I scored 7.2 cgpa in 1st sem & now I am studying in second sem.
The library that has every material that students and faculty want
The faculty cooperation with the students
Dislikes
The account section they work really slow and there slogen is like come tomorrow
The parking theme the two wheelers are not allowed inside the campt
The canteen maintain the food is also bad
Course Curriculum Overview:
Faculties and very good and all are well experienced and they will help the students in any situation and timings of college is from 8 in the morning and till 5. And 75% attendance is compulsory to get exam.
The faculties are good yet they teaching is average but they will assure that you get good marks in your internals
Campus is huge, but due the gulbarga climate if we go outside of class we will be full of sweat
Dislikes
Sports, they didn't allowed us to play during our lesiure time
Placement Experience:
It's not mandatory that if you are in the 6th sem then only you are eligible for the placement drive. If you have enough skills in coding then you can showcase them and ask the TPO cell for the placement drive.
usually, the placement drive in our college starts at the end of the 6th sem
The average package you can include is around 3-4 LPA
I don't the exact no. Of the companies that visit our college.
But companies like Wipro, TCS, and Infosys are sure
The curriculum is set by the NMC which is followed here. I chose the mbbs course because it is my dream to become a nephrologist. There are 19 department in the UG course divided into non clinical, para clinical and clinical. Every department has 10- 15 faculty members with a postgraduate degree and experience ranging from 5-35 yr. Additionally Every department has postgraduate students who also guide the undergraduate students in academics. The teaching is mixed. While the theory classes are monotonous, the pracricals and clinical postings are exciting and wonderful to get exposure to dealing with paitents and eliciting the history. Clinical postings are conducted for 3 hours every day starting from 9 am. Clinical postings are conducted in small groups of 10-15 students. This helps the students learn the concepts easily.
It is a very good profession, College Is good and many well specialist doctors are there, There is a good ratio of students faculty ratio,
There is a smart class but they teach by the projector.
They conduct internals and exam authentically, It's like board exams.
I chose this course out of my interest.
Student to faculty ratio is good is enough faculty as required.
All the faculty are postgraduates and teaching is also good.
Annual exams are conducted by the university to which our college is affiliated and passing is difficult without studying.
All faculty members are MBBS qualified and well trained and well educated.
Their teaching methods are mostly PowerPoint presentation based along with bedside clinic training.
The curriculum is set and divided among all faculty members
3 Exams are set every semester which students have to pass
Academics
I am presently studying PGDM at the institute with a dual specialization in Finance and Marketing. These courses especially have some of the highly qualified and knowledgable faculty members with years of experience. The curriculum is up to date with real-life case studies which prepares everyone for the corporate world.
Placements
The placements are the main attraction of this course at SJIM. Ranging from the big four too many start-ups with different range of income levels with an average of 7.5 lakhs is what the college offers. The highest salary package offered for this batch is 21.2 Lakhs for marketing.
Our college provides placement opportunities out of 60 students probably 25-27 students get placed and the package is an average of 2-5 lakhs per annum.
Nice college with good placement opportunities best and recommend for localities.
7th sem student is eligible for the campus. Many companies come nearby our Gulbarga places like global edge, etc. The highest and average package as per company and profiles. I don't know BCS they change yearly. 8 percentage of student can get placement. My plans are to after degree is doing the job.
