To apply for admission to NDMVPS's K. B. C. O. E., students must register at the CAP center with original documents, check the merit list, and attend CAP rounds. After selection in CAP Round 1, students must visit the college, submit necessary documents, and pay fees to finalize admission. The college offers an engineering program with a highly qualified faculty in the Instrumentation and Control department, all holding PhDs, enhancing students' growth through industrial knowledge and visits.
However, some communication gaps exist between students and faculty. The fee structure, approved by Savitribai Phule University of Pune, is around Rs 44,000 per semester for Open category students, totaling approximately Rs 4 lakh for the entire course. Scholarships from the Maharashtra government and the college help alleviate costs. The college hosts over 150 companies for placements, with 70% being multinational corporations. About 45% of students were recently placed, with salary packages ranging from 2 LPA to 4 LPA.
Although the college does not directly provide internships, it supports students in finding opportunities. A loan facility with a 12% interest rate, waived for four years, is available through various banks under the Government of Maharashtra. Additionally, a scholarship covers the full year's fees for students unable to afford their education.
