I joined Mangalore institute of technology and engineering college because of its good placement and excellent infrastructure, MITE is popular college in Mangalore. It has very good academic structure, faculties, utilities and overall programs.

Infrastructure / Good teaching /Cultural events/SENTIA. The branch /department I wanted to choose was the best Department in this college as suggested from my Seniors. The thing I like the most about this college it has many Companies visiting the campus, College sacrification towards studies, Exams, Events, placements, etc is very good. So I choosed this college

Infrastructure of the campus is build with immense love, campus placement drives hold a high potential, boarding facilities hostel food and related are all up to the point with good hygiene environment, Good teaching staff.

Really good campus with quality lecturers. Good lab equipments of good quality. Modern technologies and amazing facilities. Good campus placements available. Specialties are siemens and Bosch. And mutual friends :)

Good infrastructure, placement facility,well trained faculty,smart classes,extra curricular activities and also the campus view.college is situated in the place which is best for learning.it has hostel facilities and also have very good academic records

The reason i joined this College is its placement facility, quality of education, facilities, infrastructure and its reputation in the city. MITE is accredited by AICTE, NAAC & NBA(almost all branches). The other thing was MITE, hosts one the largest fest in the Mangalore region, various Bollywood singers perform in the fest and Students are very must enthusiastic about it every year. Yea, the cultural activities also drove me to this College. Another factor to join MITE was that it provides College bus facilities to far-off places from college which are about 70kms away from college and my place was one of them, so it was easier for me opt for up and down from home to college by College bus daily rather than College hostel. The last but not the least was my KCET entrance exam rank i got 51k rank and i ended up with SNQ qouta seat, in which 90% of the fees is waived off, obviously this lead me not to go for other choices.

Overall it is just awesome. 1.Girls-2 Boys - 3. 4500 per month excluding food 2. Available for boys. 3. Good. 4. This college literally has the best infrastructure around Mangalore. Classrooms are ac enabled. Labs are well equipped and maintained. The library has access to many international journals inside the campus. Wifi enabled campus.

some unnecessary fees can disturb the students others are ok

One of the major positive remarks is NBA accreditation. we got NBA during our final year. It's really helpful for our future growth and we can say it for many purposes. And literally I don't remember any major negative remarks.

My remark about my College is positive. It has a very attractive campus. Faculties are cool. Student friendly staffs. There are a few negative thoughts but then i feel it’s actually for the betterment of the students.
