Faculty's teaching style is excellent. their communication is good and in friendly manner.
Scholarship is available for everyone who has below 2lpa family income ,genral students get 50000 and sc st get 100000 the fees yearly is about 120000 and teachers are good and the collge tries its its best to get opportunities
The college campus is quite good and have well organised by flower to enhance its beauty which makes our free time very good.

Dislikes

The year 2022 was gudd as the average was about 7-6 lpa but now as seesin the recession hit and all there have been placement but its scenario it bad as masss recureters have gone into hiring freez and all
The college lies in the village area ,no park ,no market
I pay 95000 for non ac room and the worst thing is in the 3rd year you have to share with 2 roomates which is really disturbing.

KIET GROUP OF INSTITUTION IS A MUST JOIN

Likes

Infrastructure is top notch. Campus is filled with greenery and temple is also there for people who loves to worship.
Library and study hall is there for students.
Facilities are best provided maintaining the hygiene.

Dislikes

Less number of holidays of course and more classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is relevant and comprehensive because of the hands on experience through projects which prepare us well for the real life projects. Improvements can be done by incorporating more advanced technologies etc

Support by the faculties is very good. Faculties are always ready to help their students.
College has lot of internship opportunities
College always supports the achievements made by students.

Dislikes

Digital submission of assignments is not good
Online portals are not so good always has a glitch
Limited hotel rooms.So that people has to take pg.

Placement Experience:

After doing the couse you need to be that much skilled if no campus placement is there then you will get a decent job on the basis of your skills...out of campus placement. Placements are decent in our college

Likes

Infrastructure is good. Classes are well maintained and every class has a smart board
Wifi facility is available around the campus.
There is a placement cell which is very active and helpfull to every student.

Dislikes

The campus size is too small to enjoys around the campus.
There are very less fest taking place around the campus.
Attendance policy is very strict and exam held every month 😕

Placement Experience:

In our college there is a placement sale which is pretty active with provides internships and placements to the students and also call many different companies to the campus for the placement so as it is become an autonomous college so I think that in future many new companies will add to the list.

Likes

Faculties are very helpful. Helpful resources are available for students.
Good infrastructure of buildings. Every building has lifts, classrooms has been provided with good ventilation and ACs are there.
So many clubs to join if according to your talent or your hobby.

Dislikes

Resources are not available 24×7. It has some time limits even for hostlers.
Some classes don't have sockets so that students can charge their laptops and easily work on it.
Some clubs have meetings every week and their classes are scheduled after 5 pm so it can make a student's schedule a little hectic. Also the curriculum is a little hectic for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In computer science and engineering their are subjects like web development in which they teach you HTML , CSS and JavaScript and coding subject in which they will teach C programming in first year. They give you small assignments to do so that you can apply that approach in real world tasks. They should focus on students understanding on the topics more rather than completing the syllabus. After every 1-2 months you will have some class tests to know how better you have understood the concepts of the subjects.

Self development clubs to develop skills with academic.
Club and fests are organised properly every year for fun and entertainment
It is autonomous institution in aktu make different from others.

Dislikes

College campus size is very small only 17 acres.
You have to make 75% attendence compulsory.
Placement from last three year is decreasing.

Placement Experience:

College placement is not gone good due to recession. But this college is good in terms of placements. Over 70% students place in my branch and average package is 5 lpa and highest package offered to a senior of CSE(AI) which is 60 lpa.

since this year college get autonomous and syllabus and exam pattern get changed so now skill based education get more focused.
additional subject like design thinking and design and realisation like subject increased to enhanced creativity in student
campus has many technical as well as non technical club for self soft skills enhancement .student get into club for technical mind developent also.

Dislikes

one drawback is college timing 9-5 which is of almost all college
campus location is not too good .no good location nearby .
due to recession time you should work hard for good placement

Placement Experience:

student get placement from 6-7 semester. infosis ,cognigent,tcs,wipro,hsbs ,axis,reliance,ats,vivo etc many more company visit. highest package from college is 48 LPA and average is betbeen 4-6LPA placement student is 100 percent as claimed by college but it may be 90%. if i get good placement then good unless opt for m tech.

Glimpse of KIET ghaziabad

Likes

The college infrasture is well and aesthically built.
Classrooms are with smart board and air conditioners.
Clean and neat environment of the college.

Dislikes

Small and compact campus. It is smaller than other colleges.
Lab facility is not good because of old technology.
Less skill developmnet as compared to other colleges.Only academics oriented.

Placement Experience:

The placement is worst. Only mass recruiters like wipro, accenture and tcs do visit our campus. No startups and tech giants visit our college. Students have to apply for off campus for high paying jobs.

Likes

The coding culture of college is great. And the many clubs are there if anyone want to learn something in the Development field.
Many Hackathons are organised in the college.
There is mentorship program in which every student is assigned a mentor which helps you alot if you any problems.

Dislikes

75 Percent attendance criteria. It is very hard to maintain attendance percent in the college.
College timings are also pretty bad. College starts at 9.00 AM and ends at 5.00PM. Students didn't get enough free time.
The course followed by the college is very old.

Placement Experience:

The placement thia year was not that good. Because many Companies doesn't visit our college this year. Many mass recruiters also were also missing. the highest package this year was around 19 LPA offered by CISCO. And avg package this year was around 6LPA. Only 60 percent students are placed this year till now. When it comes to me I'm mostly focused on off campus placements.

Frm the 5th semester the students are eligible for the placements . The companies which vist every year are Infosys, TCS, Wipro ect these provide a great number of seats .the highest package acquired by the student is 8 lakhs per annum and the least is 3 lakhs per annum and the average is 4 lakhs per annum .around 40% students get placed on average every year .after getting the degree iam planning for ms
