KIET Ghaziabad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements begin in the 6th semester of the BTech curriculum. Some big companies include amazon and Flipkart. The Highest package in this is 44 LPA offered by amazon to 13 students of which 9 are from computer science engineering about 80 percent of students get placed easily. I would sit for the placements as a software developer.

Well I choose B.tech because I am not different from others, who are following the trend to do B.tech Sab ja re the to ma bhi chla gya admission lene, kyunki college walo n kha ki jldi lelo admisiion wrna seat full ho jayengi Faculty members are very good, they are all PhD degree holders, and the teachers also timely make us aware of different coding competitions. The teaching method is also good they provide us with their handmade notes and pdf and also they use to teach us while using the smartboard. We have to give 2 ct and 1 pue exam in the whole semester before appearing to the main exam, which gives us a lot of practice.

The placement at this university is good. For the 2022 batch, 1500 jobs earned by 1100 students from 150 companies will be distributed and the best salary package offered is 44.14 LPA. The average salary offered is 6.02 LPA. Almost all students are places of BTech course.

Nowadays the student is eligible from the 6th semester. there are many companies that are visited on campus like TCS, Wipro, cognizant, amazon etc. Here more than half of students are placed in the 6th semester of b.tech. the highest package of this year is 44 lakhs in amazon. The average package is 5 to 6 lakhs. the percentage of students getting placements is 75 plus. My plan is broken the record of highest placement.

Almost 100% of students got placed from the computer science branch. This year a salary package of 28 LPA was offered to one of the students of the CS department by Flipkart, which is a very great salary package. Generally, the salary package offered ranged from 10 LPA-12 LPA, which was provided to major students. The other salary package offered is around 4 LPA-5 LPA. Major recruiters here were Kellton Tech, HashStudioz, Absolutdata, American Express, Adobe, Arcesium, Lambda and more than 150 companies. Many of the students got internships as per record, and they majorly got through Internshala.

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit the campus like wipro, Infosys, tech-mahindra, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Adobe. The average package is around 4-5 lacs per annum. Nearly 90 percent of the students get placed.

In the 6th semester, placement will start and by the end of the 7th semester, all the students get placed. The average placement is around 5lpa. Companies that visit campus are Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, Hashedin, Healthkart, Infogain, etc. The highest package offered was by Play simple which was 20lpa. KIET provides 100% placement to the Computer Science and IT branch students.

The placement is so good here. In last year's cse placement, around 93 % got their job with 32 lakh maximum package. The minimum criteria for placement are 60% and 75% for big companies like Amazon, Adobe, Flipkart, etc.

Mostly in 3rd 6th semester, you can apply for placement rounds. and you are eligible for placements. placement records is good.in computer science branch average package is 4 to 5 LPA and highest is 30 LPA is amazon recently in 2020. batch Companies like Wipro , TATA consultant services tech Mahindra .etc.

I was in CSE branch and in that department, everyone was very serious about placements and future plans. The department conducted extra classes every week to improve the technical and social skills of the students, like verbal ability, Presentability, and other skills. This year(2022 batch), one student gas already got placed in Myntra for 37 Lacs per year package. and till now, there are 15+ students having 20+ lacs per year package.
