Dislikes

Staying of day scholars is prohibited I don't know why. Even if your taken the entry in college hours then also you can,t say after college hours much more.Exam frequency is relatively higher as exams are conducting 3 times in one semester ~ Ayush Kumar, B.Tech

Academic Quality : Here at kiet we have very strong faculty and have diverse programs as per interest including ECE EEE ME .
Campus Resources such as Libraries , Technology , Support services as ERP cell is always withstand to help you.
Campus Life : Student Organisation , There are so many clubs and technical societies which enhance the awareness among new bees.

Dislikes

The syllabus of first year which does not include much technical courses .
Campus Size is about 18 acres which is even smaller than many schools . Students often get dissappointed seeing this size .

Course Review and help offered by Faculties

I have choosen the tech domain of CSE due to the fact that technology is eager to accumulate the entire market till 2027 . The teachers from the second year are very much focused on the placement issue. They organize regular interactive sessions on the basis of previous performance in the Lab. The areas include the Syllabus of the AKTU is very outdated which even restricts the college from making further changes. This is the most hectic part of the engineering here as we have the following exams before the main UE they are as Pre CT, CT 1, CT 2, and PUE. The exams here occur at a frequency of about every month, Which makes student difficult to manage their technical skills and academic results.

Placement Scenario in the Campus

The placement as compared to other NCR colleges is obviously better but when you compare the actual stats with the shown one, There is a slight difference the average package is around 7 LPA and the highest this year is 60 LPA offered by American Express to 2 students. The percentage of students getting placed is around 95% and about 400 companies visited the campus like TCS, Accenture, The josh Group, etc.

Internship Opportunities and Projects Offered

Internships are provided by TBI inside the KIET itself, The companies do visit for the internship but the number is minimal. The respective department focuses on the projects and required certifications for the internship the companies coming for the internship are Infosys, wipro, Amex, etc.

Fees Structure, and Scholarships Available

The fee here is 138999 which is less than many Delhi NCR colleges like GL Bajaj and NIET, KIET provides much better ROI in terms of education and overall growth. I am a student of CSE(Fw) fee waiver seat, and admission to this course is a little tougher than the conventional course as the cutoff goes higher, In this course my tuition fees have been omitted by the institute. although for the conventional fee course, the total expenditure involves about 6 lakhs for the Btech course. Scholarships which are available for the students are- Scholarship by KIET For orphans Scholarship by UP Government *( 60,000)

Campus Life here at kiet provides you a one step solution for the entertainment . EPOQUE is the annual fest of the college many famous stars such as Darshan Raval and Jubin Nautiyal Have visited the college for performing . The kiet has its own magazine and news letter publishing news and updates . The sports facilities at kiet are very good as KIET Has its own sports fest RANN which has many games inclusing Esports .

Students View on Faculties

On coming to the student to faculty ratio . The class size is very small i.e it has capacity to accomodate 75 students . This give us freedom to ask doubts without any hassle . We have smart classes and smart board as well for interactive and demonstrative type of class. We have weekly mentorship session to ensure no stones are unturned by the Faculty side for the growth of student .

Hostel Facility and eligibility Criteria

Hostel is available inside the college for boys and girls both , The hostel is clean and food is good when comapred to hostel standards , The registration process is like when you come for submitting fees you have to submit the hostel fees and book the seat . The condition for getting hostel in 2nd year is to maintain 85% aggregate attendance .

Admission Criteria in College

The admission eligibility of the course is 10 + 2 for the direct entry for Btech and JEE Mains for admission through AKTU Counselling . My CSE FW was available for me at 65081 rank in JEE mains . Admission is only 1 time a year .

our college organizes many hacathons like innotech in november . Also there was the centre of smart india hacathon in our college.
various clubs are there in the college which provide good exposure and guidance to the newly candidates.they provide internships and organise hacathons.
first thing is that college has good maintaince and infrastructure.each and every area has AC.college is been autonomous now . New syllabus is based on iits .

Dislikes

college is very strict .you will sometime feel like you are in a school.
attendence problem is there in the college you have to maintain atleast 75 percent attendence .Otherwise you will be detained in the subject.

Admission:

I dont applied for any other college . I did the choice filling for this college only and got in 1 ROUND .This colllege provides good exposure and good placements . This college has a good reputation in DELHI NCR and other area also .people from bihar gujarat haryana up Come here to study.While all other colleges are considered same but this college is very ahead of them in placements and each and every thing.85 percent come from jee mains and 15 percent direct admission Your rank should be 1 lakh to get cse core an 1 lkh 17 thousand For AIML.

In my three are several coding club who teach us skills which is very good for our development.
Our college is autonomous and it has very good courses which train us for industry ready . I have learn many things in my college.

Dislikes

Our college have not very large campus. It's around 17 acre

But I have chosen this because it has very good placement and the best part is that it is autonomous and it has very good course for real world knowledge. I was rejected in knit sultanpur because I have less rank for this college CSE course.admission process is from aktu . For talking admission in this college anyone have to take Jee main exam and crack it with 90 plus percentile.

Fully ac classes and labs are there for every department
College infrastructure is really good you have good labs and classes in every block.

This college is very first autonomousan other colleges are not and also placements in my college are very good as compared to other private colleges and the name of KIET is itself enough to know in which type of college am i studying.

The hostlers get an advantage to use playground and gyms till 8 o clock and if you are a boy then maybe even 10 , also they participate in intercollege sports

Dislikes

In my class there are 65 to 70 boys and only 10 to 15 girls
The area outside is not so good even bad there is no place to hangout nearby which is but frustrating

Admission:

My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Admission happens here through JEE MAINS and DIRECT ADMISSION as well For my course if you are general then you should have atleast 90+ percentile if you are from home state that is UP. Direct Admission happens on the basis of 12th result for CSE you need near around 90 percentage

Well rounded engineering College Journey at KIET Group of Instituations

Campus is much better we enjoy lot of events and cultural fest Epopue and many more events . Well managed infrastructure and proper AC facilty and wifi network is every where in whole campus.

Dislikes

Talk about gender ratio that is 65% boys and 35% girls , girls ratio is very low as compared to boys .
Medical facility is not good as we can expected , there is no medical treatment in any kind of emergency fall .
They are very restricted about attendance required (75% in each subject) if not they will not allow to sit in exam and students get detaination in respective low marks attendance subject.

Admission:

I choose this college because now its an autonomous university by which we can get many benefits . In comparision of other colllege fee structure is very favourable and afforable like in other private college like Amity , galgotia ,gl bajaj etc KIET offers various oppournity for students in each in every fields thy want to make their carrier. Admission process majorly through jee main rank and percentile through AKTU counselling but 15% seat they fill by direct admission on merit based list. I choose KIET because it has strong academic strong and average package is better than other colleges , even this off campus highest package since last year is 60lpa no other college offer such kinds of various opportunities . They offer even latest tech fields like Devops, blockchain , Full stack and many more exicting fields . I have no regret for take in admission in KIET group of institutions .

I got this college from my jee mains rank and UPTAC counselling I applied for JECRC University in which i got selected in CSE branch but I dropped it because it has so many students they admitted every student but in this college there is limited intake and seats are filled strictly on merit basis no donation is accepted just 15% seats are filled through direct admission which also involves written test and interview in college.To take admission in this insititute, you have to score good in JEE Mains exam and must have good percentage in class 12th after JEE you have to apply for UPTAC counselling.Through that you can get admission here.

Why is the IT department of KIET better than AKG?

As a current student at KIET, my opinion is that the IT branch at KIET is better than that at AKG.

The IT branch has excellent labs and an amazing faculty. You’ll get all sorts of facilities that a department needs. A variety of workshops, seminars, conferences, and guest lectures are organized regularly.

The placement rates have been consistently good over the past 5-6 years. In 2023, the IT branch's placement percentage was about 93.81%. The highest and average CTC stood at INR 48.89 LPA and INR 6.78 LPA respectively. The major recruiters at the IT branch in KIET are Cognizant, Infosys, Flipkart, Amazon, PWC and many others.

If you want to know about the real point of view of students, let me tell you, KIET is the best among all these colleges. KIET provides amazing placements for their BTech department, especially their CSE branch. In 2023 the highest package in CSE was INR 48.89 LPA. The placement percentage was also very high at 93.98%.

Our college is also very lenient in terms of attendance. If you are like me, and struggling to make up for the classes, this college can be a good option as KIET will not give you a headache for the same. There are a variety of festivals and cultural events celebrated in KIET.

Which college is better, BIET Jhansi or KIET Ghaziabad?

I think KIET Ghaziabad is a much better institute than BIET Jhansi.

The placement record of KIET has been consistently higher than BIET in the last few years. Also, their placement cell works very effectively in inviting top companies for placements and internships. Over 90% of students are placed in KIET as opposed to BIET, where the placement percentage is about 60%-70% only.

Reputed companies like Capgemini, Reliance, Wipro, Tata, Paytm, IBM, etc have been visiting the college for placements. They had one of the best packages last year in 2023, which was around INR 48.89 LPA, in their CSE and IT branches. This is also consistently higher than BIET.

How is campus life like at KIET?

The campus life at KIET is pretty good. I am a second year B.Tech student at this institution, and I will surely miss my college life once I graduate.

The college canteen offers good quality food at reasonable charges. The hostels are nice. Those who don’t wish to be a hosteller, can opt for PGs or rented rooms. These are easily available in the surrounding areas. Hostellers are not allowed to go outside the campus after 10-11 pm.

The Annual Day function can not be forgotten. It's a week-long event that ends with a performance by some well known celebrity singer each year. There is the annual tech event named Innotech. Apart from the tech event, KIET organizes art and poetry events as well. The nearest movie theater from the campus is Movie World. It can be reached by Auto for mere 10 rupees.

The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Tech are 10+2 + JEE Main. The total fees for KIET Ghaziabad B.Tech Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in 2025 are INR 4.48 Lakhs for the complete course duration.
