College and experienced staff allow them to test their abilities until they realize what they're best in.
Also there is a gym facility which is a very nice option for a student to work on body fitness.
Faculty is very good got to learn so many things from them and our alumni

The teachers are very supportive and of kind nature
Core branches faculty are highly knowledgeable here

Dislikes

The teaching quality is not upto the mark because of following the same previous curriculum from 2000's.
The support for placements is not provided upto that level by college authorites

Placement Experience:

The placement strategy followed by college is not good. Students are approaching the companies , college alumani can be there to help but that opportunity is not really utilized . There only 3-4 faculty alloted to Placement cell .

College has a supportive staff and experienced professors with PHD and post graduation.
Facilities of training and placement cell which help students enhance their personality
Decent placements in all branches including core branches also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is up to date according to the new technologies. Many new technologies like devops are also included in the curriculum. There are 2 MSTs and one ESEs for a subject in the semester and there are 5-6 subjects per semester

Dislikes

less time or mid semester exams after per month there is a mid sem test even if your subject is complete or not

from 7th sem students will able to sit for placement tcs,infosys,tech maindra,arusoft,amazon,google ,microsoft and various companies hire students here highest 52lakhs average 7 lakhs/anum company offets for students 80% studes are placed every year, i went for startups

Likes

Campus environment, amenities at there, categorised deprtments , staff was very helpfull.
Hostel facilities were very amazing and maintained
Cultural groups and socities to improve inner talents like in technology music dance

Dislikes

A little bit noisy area but only in the evening time

Placement Experience:

After completing 3rd year students are eligible for internships and also can apply for permanent jobs at the same company or institute which they can join after completing their degree. Different multinational companies visit for recruitment like TCS, info sis, and Samsun Wipro. Which provides very good packages for instance 15 to 24 lakh per annum. Percentages depend on the company's requirements. However, I chose further studies.

Likes

I like the green environment here. The college really maintain the nature here.
Class are taken seriously. They don't avoid taking classes.

Dislikes

Mess food and mess fees for 1st and 2nd year students. Because of less number of students in 1st and 2nd year mess fee is very high.

From 5th semester students are eligible to get placement. Companies like Infosys, Honda TCS visit here. And few not so popular companies visits. Package offered by them are 3 LPA, 8LPA, 3.5 LPA respectively. 25% students gets placed. I am targeting for placement. So after degree I want to be in office ????

Sports in Guru Nanak Dev Engineering are always at peak

Academics education is very good in this college
Accodomation provided in hostel is good and hygenic
There is very much greenary in our college which keep us close to nature

Dislikes

Mess food quality is not much good sometimes better some te worst
Labortary experience is not much better in college
Library access is not 24*7 in college. It remains off on sunday

Companies visit in our college are microsoft, samsung, IBM, accenture, infosys, TCS, mahindra. Approx 100% students placed in CSE and IT branch and in other branches placement goes 50% in a batch. I want to get placed in a reputated company like microsoft

Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Stylumia, Chicmic, Argusoft, Mahindra, Honda, etc visited our campus for hiring. Around 60-70 % of students get placement annually.

In the 7th sem companies come for campus placement and there is a huge list of companies which visited some of them are amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, cognizant, Infosys, Accenture etc, the highest package is around 20lakh and avg is something 4 to 5lakhs, around 70 to 75% of students get placed.

The college's faculty is highly qualified and very encouraging and helpful. Additionally, the instruction is excellent and helpful. Exams for the term are neither simple nor challenging.
