Every student in our campus gets placement by the end of the course
Workshops and participation programs conducted by different branches
Faculty, Labs, Infrastructure, Cultural Activities, etc

Placement Experience:

From Fifth semester of the course our management provides CRT for the students. During the sixth semester students are allowed to take part in the campus recruitment drives. Many IT companies like Infosys, Tcs, Wipro, etc, and Technical Core companies like L&T, Medha Servo drives etc will come to recruit students. Above 75% of students gets placed in the campus recruitment drives every year.

It is a beautiful college

Likes

College atmosphere is very awesome I really loved it
I truly love the teaching skills of my faculty
I have very good interactions with our faculty

Dislikes

Ground is not good it has to be improved
Need more sports period in our circular it has to be changed
College timings are not good enough need to be changed

I choose mechanical course it's very nice I favourite branch I love automobiles so I pick that course to full fill my dreams and the exams are going great according to the circular no issue with that regarding subjects

My college experience

Likes

They will give time to work and enough time for preparing
College timings are perfect 8:40 to 3:20 which will give us time at home
Supportive faculty , clarify doubts and if we ask again they will say agian patiently

Dislikes

College has low infrastructure compared to other colleges
Canteen , college hostel food is very bad
Some teachers are bad at teaching , but its alright

My course is computer science , they teach some skills but those are not enough , we have learn at home what they said and also in deep of the subject , and we have to improve skills which are not involved in syllabus, even the teachers agree this

Percentage of students getting placement is 100 . Highest package got in this college is 44 lakhs per year and lowest package got in this college is 5 lakh per year. Companies that visit our college is Amazon Cisco Zoho Etc

College doesn't have any uniform it gives a very good vibe.
Placement training is excellent and it follows a different pattern.
Curriculum is very simple and the subjects in the curriculum is very good.

Dislikes

College is present in the city outskirts there is no direct public transport for the college.
There is no Non Veg in the college canteen.
There are no cultural programs in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mainly the internships, every student must do an internship from their second year first semester.Exams are also not very frequent , there will be atleast eight weeks of classwork for every mid examinations.

About our college

Likes

The college management is very much better compared to other colleges
Our college supports greenary and plants nearly 100 every year
Teachers are well experienced and well spoken.

Actually our curriculum is well furnished. Because every engineer should have the minimum basics in every other subject. The laboratories and the classwork is very finely structured so that every student can understand

Likes

College timings were about 7 to 8 hours a day.
Wonderful Library with books that has both academic and personal development content
Near by Xerox shop and store which very convenient for the students

Placement Experience:

Placement starts for 5th semister students. Usually more than 50 companies visit mu college like TCS, TATA, Google, Amazon..etc. The highest package is 45LPA and the average package is 7LPA. 85% placement gets placed. After degree I'm aiming to become a pro to get placed in any company

One of the best in Vizag with few cons

Likes

No uniforms or dress codes like other colleges.
The college has few clubs like Rotaract, NSS etc
The college environment is cool with well maintained gardens

Dislikes

Like any college in Andhra Pradesh 75% attendance is mandatory
Not many places around to hangout around.
Communication between administration and students is not so great

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically course curriculum is similar to other collges but there are few things that are better here like introducing various technologies and skills. You would be able to clear the tests comfortably without any need of scramming.

Gvp college-a step away to change your future

Likes

Campus is good and has good infrastructure.Our teachers of mechanical department are friendly and they help us doubt solving and they teach subject very well
Our mechanical department have good labs and the laboratory is good.They have good labs equipment and machines are new ones .They explain the subjects in practical way
There is no ragging in our college and no fights involvement.Placements for my branch is good

Dislikes

The syllabus is not at all upto date considering the present trend
College Canteen is not equipped with Sitting facility
Though College environment is good but infrastructure is Old fashioned and need to be modified

Placement Experience:

In 5th sem we are eligible for placements.companies that are hiring are Wipro,vedha,TCS, Accenture etc. highest package in our branch is 6lpa and average is 4 lpa.few students are placed in core companies

GVP college- A One step to Success

I like the campus and there is no ragging.Teachers are friendly and good academic qualification.The teaching quality is good and conduct quizzes and assignments on time.
I like the library it is more developed and you can find any book you want.They will tell about internships and guidance about placements.
The infrastructure is nice and in labs have AC and digital library .The placements were good high package was 44lpa and low was 3.6 and medium was 4.5-6 lpa

Dislikes

The sports ground is too small and cricket ground is combined with basket ball court and no one encourage sports or fest in our college .Our college doesn't conduct fests they only conduct technical fests
The hostel food and college food is not good.Our college doesn't cook Non-veg even in canteen .The hostel mess price is high and they don't provide non-veg food.In canteen there are no chairs to sit in

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you are eligible for placements. Companies tcs, Wipro, Accenture, cognizant, and Zoho visited our college last year. Our college got 387 offers from tcs all over the college. The highest package is 42 lpa average is 4.5-6 lpa. Last year our seniors were almost placed and some pursued higher education. About roughly 85-90% of students are placed. Students with 0 backlogs are all placed. I plan to join a reputed company with a good salary.
