I like the environment of the department. also hod sir as he is good faculty too
Annual fest shanknaad takes place, annual sports have is held both are really very good for freshers aarohan is there, all the fest are really fantastic, there are many like google developer students club which effectively works very well.
Placement is quite good on average uf a student is studio he or she gets placed, many companies come, many students also qualify for the gate, and teachers are very supportive of gate exams.

Dislikes

Campus size is of 15 acres thier is only on main building and everything is within that building only ground is also their which is of no use grasses are grown of full length no spots facility no music no dance .
Infrastructure is not too much good. It is not a big college like iits and other private college
Management is not very good some faculties are not helpfull and sports faculty is not well in the college .

Management of the college should be improved
their is no options for the hostel for boys and for girls 1st year hostel facility is available so their is no point of campus life its just like school like study and go back to your room , campus is just of 15 acres.
Faculty's are just okay they are like school teacher their is feeling like you are study in college they just teach and go nothing else you can't gain or learn something from them .

Dislikes

This year 2024 the highest package was from chemical branch of 9lpa only and from CSE and IT branch max was 4-5 lpa that sit .
Campus size is of 15 acres thier is only on main building and everything is within that building only ground is also their which is of no use grasses are grown of full length no spots facility no music no dance .
If we say about personal and professional development so development will be 10-20% only college just give degree nothing else.

Placement Experience:

if we ask about my college studnets here from 7th semester are eligible for placements companies visited here are tcs, infosys, mostly mass recuting companies. This year 2024 highest package was from biothechnology branch of 9lpa and for cse and it brack highest was of 4-5 lpa only 10-20% students here get placed . do job in MNC's

Likes

College library is very good. It has almost all types of books no need to buy books.
there is an availability of lift in campus
college is best to prepare for GATE and govt. jobs

Dislikes

college not having proper playground for sports
campus is not big as compare to other colleges
classes does not have air conditioner facility

Placement opportunitues started from 3rd of Course in which you can get decent placement and internship opportunities. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, accenture and many more Tech companies visit for on campus placements there.

Reality of AITH kanpur

Likes

Class strength is less so it is good to connect with faculty during the class time
Its a government college so not much pressure of attendance in 2nd and 3rd year you can easily prepare for other government exam and much free time for enhance coding skills
Faculties are friendly you can share everything with them

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not too much good. It is not a big college like iits and other private college
Study culture is fine but not too good.you need to work yourself
There is no any high class events or fest.

Placement Experience:

There is a on campus placement too. But not offering high packages. Average package of this college is 4-5lpa. Here not big tech companies are coming for placement like microsoft, google. For best placement you need to focus on off campus placements rather than college placement

Here many senior are supportive in nature.
Many students cracked Gate examination at highest rank.
Collage give maximum time to work on ourselves that means not too much tensions of semester studies.

Dislikes

Collage fest and sport fest are not too much impressive.
The infrastructure have to maintain in this collage like bathroom, classroom wall, classroom tables and proper lights
Collage clubs are not well maintained as well as not interested to join them because grasping knowledge form there will null.

Placement Experience:

In our collage, we need to improve placement culture that avarage package in about 4-5 lakh only. The highest placement of this year is 50lakh in our collage in Microsoft. Avarage 5-6 company are visited only in our collage of placement 5lakh to 12 lakh per year.

Likes

Seniors are supportive, teacher are also supportive
Students are really hard working and the environment is good
Peer group is good and students are really hard working

Dislikes

Only infrastructure could be more good but as we know its government college
Somewhere cleanliness is issue else good
Hostel should be provided for all the years not only to first year

Placement Experience:

Placement is quite good on average uf a student is studio he or she gets placed, Many companies come, many students also qualify for the gate, and teachers are very supportive of gate exams. My plans are like I want to get placed in multi-national companies like Google, Microsoft, Samsung, etc.

I liked only annual function of my collage.

Dislikes

I dislike most of the things like study and availability of teachers and many other things.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. TCs, Wipro, Accenture, and many other mass recurring companies visited the campus. The highest placement was 27 LPA last year. The average package is 3 LPA. 70% of students got placed last year. My plan for going higher studies.

College professor and teachers are very good
College library is very good almost all subjects book are available in this library
Senior very helpful and provide help any type issue

Dislikes

College not provide hostel second third and final year student
Only provide fee students hostel in first year but hostel total distance 3 km
Placement not 100% but almost cse and it students are placed

Placement Experience:

Almost all companies their eligibility criteria is 60% in 10th 12th and graduation and int his college does not provide 100% placement but almost student crack Placement in on-campus Accenture Wipro tech Mahindra nagaro etc These types of companies are coming for placement in college campuses

Placement!!

Placement Experience:

Placement is is normal in campus, student gets average package nearly 4.2 lpa. Need not worry as more than this can not be expected from third tier college but if you work on your skill then thats will not be a milestone to getting off-campus placement. As student gets highest package of 19 lpa. Percentage of student gets on campus is quite descent.
