BIT Durg Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

To be honest placement scenario is not really good. One becomes eligible for placement in the final year. Companies like cognizant used to visit the college for mass recruitment but after covid even they are not visiting. But few startups visit every year. The highest package this year was 12 lpa ctc. And avg 6 lpa. Only 30 percent get placement. My plan is to do M TECH.

The reason why I chose this curriculum is because I've a keen interest in computer programming. The exams aren't really hard if you know the basics and the curriculum. The Faculties are well educated but low-key outdated. Speaking of curriculum, I feel like the curriculum is super outdated and needs to be changed.

This college provides placement opportunities and from 5 semester student become eligible to take part in placement interview also one can apply for off campus placement . Some companies which come in bit durg to give placement are jio tcs and many more . My plans after getting degree is to get good job otherwise go for further studies liken MBA

Our college have the best placement cell for the students the average minimum package in our college is 300000-400000 average and the average maximum average is 1200000-1500000 that is our fees structure.

Btech is generally rated as moderately relevant and comprehensive , balancing foundational knowledge with practical applications. On a scale of 1 to 5 the curriculum could be rated 3.5/5 in term of relevance and comprehensive.

35-38 students among 40 alwasy gets a placement in bhilai Institute of Technology durg but it is fully based on how your academic are Batter the cgpa higher the package you get and higher the cgpa easier to get a placement

I choose BTech because it is technical course and also the college is one of the most reputed college of chattisgarh it comes on one of the top engineering college of chattisgarh this made me attracted towards this college and course. The curriculum prepares us for practical applications of things and also prepares for labs Timmings are not very good 8 hrs of classes along with break make us tired

Placements were really nice before covid and so was the placement i of every 3 student git placed but now after cobid the placement scheme has changed and many companies stopped coming to our college which has led to less students getting placed

The placement drive starts after u pass your 6th semester exam . There are countable amount of companie that come here for placement. Especially these are mass recruiters like cognizant and tcs. 30% student get placed approximately and rest unplaced. Civil engineering branch have the worst placement .

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements, there are many companies come to our college like tcs, accenture, cognizant, tech mahindra etc. companies come to our college with different range of packages. The average packange of our college is 4 lakh per annum, the highest package of 22 lakh per annum goes in 2022 by google one student cracked it. About 80% students got placed in our college and yes there will be some criteria to become eligible for placement, you should maintain a cpi above 8 or minimum 8 so that differenct companies has different limit.
