A brief about MBA in BIT, Durg

Dislikes

Zero industrial visits and literally no experience about it. Practical knowledge is somewhere I find the college is lacking.

Fees and Financial Aid:

I did my MBA from Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg in the year 2023-25. MBA has 4 semesters where each semesters fee was 40,000. So the total amount I spent for the fee was 1,60,000 for 2 years. Other than that there is no extra fee as such only exam fee that to about 1200-1500 per semester. There is SC/ST/EWS scholarship scheme which has certain conditions regarding the income and if the conditions are satisfied and proper documents are present, you can get scholarship upto 18,000 - 22,000 per year. The only thing is you've to submit the document each year.

I paid 39k per sem as tution fees + others and 1750 for sports fees which is 41k in total so i have paid 41k per sem. There are many scholarships the college provides you can avail them. And there is no othere compulsory charges during course completion as per the category ig.

The library of the College is really good.The library has almost all the books which are required for a student doing B. Tech and has a very good study atmosphere.
Good atmosphere for GATE examination, PYQs being solved in classroom.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The year wise fees is almost 80000 and the semester wise fees is almost 40000 and for the full course the fees is around 320000. Additional to this almost 1100 rs is taken every semester as exam fees. These all does not include hostel fees. It is seperate. Talking about scholarships, there is no scholarship opportunities for general people.

I don't like the fact that fees doesn't decrease, they should atleast decrease each year if not semester wise.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees is paid semester wise, almost each semester the fees is around 39k, the fees is supposed to be decreasing but it doesn't. The only exception is in the final semester, which is around 36k. It would be really nice if they decrease fees each semester. They do provide scholarship on the basis of category and ranking in class.

In the past few years this college had gained a lot of fame due to its tremendous results and placement. The few structure of this college is 80000per year including both semesters . Also the enrollment fees is 2000 and examination form fees is 1426 . So this college is affordable and not that expensive as compared to other colleges considering that same amount of skills and knowledge are provided here .

The year wise fee is 80000 which includes all field. Tution fees is 27000 there is no admission fees and registration fees development fees is 2800 miscellaneous fees is 7500 caution fees is 1500. There is relaxtion for student coming from ST and SC background and the student coming from OBC background whose family yearly income is less than 4 lakh. Apart from that BIT offers scholarship for students who Score well in CG-PET. The relaxation amount for St and SC catogeries is around 15 to 25 thousand per semester and the scholarship amount is nearly 25 thousand.
