The faculty at the college includes a mix of highly qualified and less experienced members. Initially, the first-year B.Tech faculty are overqualified, often holding PhDs, and provide clear explanations even to weaker students. However, in subsequent years, the quality of teaching declines. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:25, facilitating good interaction and mentoring, with a dedicated mentor for every 30 students. Faculty members conduct 3 sessional tests, 5 assignments, and 5 quizzes per semester, along with a final university exam.

While some faculty members are approachable and supportive, others display rude behavior, especially towards students from rural backgrounds. Effective mentorship exists in branches like Biotechnology, CSE, and AIML. Practical and lab sessions are included in the 5-6 hours of study daily, but some faculties lack teaching skills, affecting student performance. Despite this, the faculty-student relationship is generally positive, with mentors aiding in student development and counseling.
