Likes
- Scholarships like nsp etc are provided to students by applying to respective forms and staff is helpful.
- The helpful faculty of the college which provide the students with valuable information and inside into the academic knowledge needed to succeed in life . the understanding of the teachers towards the students.
- Placement cell is very supportive and number of companies they have manage to bring to the table is great.
Dislikes
- The teachers teach well, but due to low strictness levels and no discipline there is high irregularity of attendance and students don't attend classes properly.
- Faculty is little bit not so qualified. but they are so much arrogant.
- The faculty to student ratio is approximately 1:60 in core subjects and it goes slightly lower for the electives.

Placement Experience:
Dyal Singh Placements aren't that hefty that I can boast a lot about them. Since I have already mentioned in previous section that I want the deepest knowledge of political science and the only way, one can gain that is by doing masters. Coming to DSC placements over 30% students of Political Science from our college are placed via campus.

- The professors out there are really great with ample amount of knowledge in their field.
- Societies and extracurricular activities are very active offering great exposure and opportunities.
- The fee structure is very affordable facilitating education for all.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure, washrooms and canteen need maintenance.
- No placements for non technical courses.
- Administrative workings are very slow at times.
Placement Experience:
The campus placement is fairly good with kpmg, Deloitte, Genpact, Accenture. The average package usually ranges from Rs 5-6 LPA while highest have gone to Rs 23 lakhs in recent years. The placements are bagged by proactive students usually with good communication skills and academic records.

- Our college's basketball court is one of the best and our college basket ball team has done well too over the years.
- College's Amphitheatre is also one of the best in DU.
- College has research facilities in its campus and faculties and students both are involved in researches here.
Dislikes
- DSC is not a Tier-1 College of DU as placements are little slim than top DU Colleges.
- Infrastructure needs a serious look as it is power and probably we are one of those who still faces power cuts.
- Boys and Girls Ratio is also not so fair as boys are in majority and constitute of 70% of the total crowd.
Placement Experience:
DSC placements are not that great as around 30-40% students are placed and that is how it is here. Most students of Political Science go for higher studies or get job opportunities in political consultancy or journalism.

- I like the faculty. The teachers are pretty understanding and supportive.
- The infrastructure is decent. Could be improved a bit though.
- A secure environment. Metro station is at walking distance.
Dislikes
- I feel like infrastructure could be improved.
- Sanitary products and medical rooms should be there
Placement Experience:
2nd and 3rd semester students become pretty eligible for placements and internships via placement cell or other sources. My plans after my degree are still academic. I want to complete my MSc and Phd from well acknowledged universities.

- Fees affordability as no other DU college is as affordable as ours.
- Placements are nice as we are assisted not just for placements but intenrships as well.
- College helped me get intenrships after my 1st year which I was still a fresher and i will always be grateful to my college for that.
Dislikes
- Ranking index has never put Dyal Singh College in top 10 colleges and college should improve to be in top 10.

Placement Experience:
PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

- The first positive that comes to my mind is that Dyal Singh has a well balanced gender ratio with equal numbers of boys and girls.
- The college offers a good number of societies which offer plenty of extracurricular opportunities.
- The placement cell of DSC is also pretty active so even if the college doesn't provide you with good internship opportunities, the cell will surely compensate for that.
Dislikes
- The crowd is not nice because of the dominance of Jaat and Gujjar Groups which sometimes leads to unnecessary clashes in the events of DSC
- The Campus Infrastructure is not well maintained with issues like unhygienic washrooms and overcrowded classrooms.
Placement Experience:
The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I will rate my course a descent course because some times teachers don't teach very well they take leave and many more things happen in that course but overall the course was good and the course was good you can get the chance of placement.

- Teachers are so supportive in studies and also other than studies. They are also highly educated from respective college Delhi School of Economics
- Fest and cultural activities are so good.
- Crowd of college is so good like 4:6 is girls boys ratio
Dislikes
- Infrastructure of buildings are not so good.
- Drinking water is available but at some places.
- Their are so fighting issue between political parties in college.
Placement Experience:
The students whose CGPA is more or equal to 7.5 then they are eligible for campus placements. The companies which comes to visit like Zomato, Wipro etc. The highest package is 32 lakh per annum and average is 5 lakh per annum. The percentage of getting placement is very low.

- Our identity and library card are same and hence we don't have to carry different cards.
- Placements are quite effective and also most students from our campus end up paying jobs.
- College area is also quite bigger than most colleges.

- College don't have any commercial kr residential complex nearby.

Placements here are so good because our placements department cell students are quite active on LinkedIn and have managed to get almost 70-80 colleges on board. Average placements of B.Com at our college is around 5 lakhs or so as of now.

- The college’s infrastructure was really good and impressive, giving students all the necessary requirements weather its sports ground, amphitheater, gym and etc
- The faculty of my college was also good and the teachers give there 100% to get students learn about everything about the course.
- College’s societies were also great, I was a part of 3 societies music, theatre and NGO. They provide students with all the exposure required to upskill oneself
Dislikes
- The thing which i disliked about my college was that the canteen is not that good and it can be improved in the terms of sitting arrangements and price of food items.
- Placements offered by the college is not up to the requirements of the students, if the company came to offer placements it only offers assistance to science students.
- The office department of the college is so slow and delay the work of the students which hampers their daily requirements.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Because i only got inrolled in this course as I didn't had maths in my +1 and +2 classes so I didn't get bcom hon course and i got enrolled in bcom program.
