The college admission process selects students based on their 12th-grade marks, admitting 60 students annually. The faculty-to-student ratio is favorable at 10:60. The examination structure includes three internal exams and one final exam yearly, with students required to attempt at least two internal exams. The course fees are affordable, with 10,500 INR for the first year and 9,500 INR for the second year. Teaching quality impacts 30% of students' grades.

After two years in the D Pharm course, students can undertake a 3-month internship, earning a 500 INR stipend per month while performing pharmacy-related tasks. Scholarships are offered to SC/ST students via the Odisha government's Prerana scheme. Annual fees include 18,000 INR for tuition, registration, and admission, and hostel fees at 6,000 INR for the first year and 5,000 INR for the second year, along with a 1,000 INR application fee each year.
