Placements are very good. After completing 5 years course either you can practise in tgis college or tranfer to another college. 80-90% of the students graduate from here are serving under high sectors specialised in cardio ortho gyno neuro etc
Students are eligible for campus placements during the final year after their university exams. Almost all leading institutions take up students passing out based mainly on the merit of the candidate. 80-90% of the students are placed in good sectors of the community.
Yes.Course includes 1 year internship.Since we are doing medical license course there is no such placementations.Once our course is completed we can work in hospitals if there is vacancy.
We can also work in our college too after passing out.
As everyone leaving the college is well trained in the art of medicine, everyone gets a job although unlike in engineering colleges this is not a direct placement method. The college provides a compulsory internship of 1 year that all students must participate at the end of the course after which only does he/she gets her certificate. The internship year is meant to be the year where we learn and apply most of what we have learnt throughout the course. Although exhausting, the experience is a cherishable one. The current stipend is a moderate amount of 15,000 a month.
The students do their internship in the hospital for 365 days for that a pqyment of Rs 10000 is given per month.
We have to work in all the departments clinical and non clinical starting from anatomy physiology biochemistry pharmac micro patho and to the clinics like emergency medicine surgery ortho paediatrics obg and many more.No leaves are granted as such
Permission should be taken prior for leave which itself is a hectic things. If not informed prior Rs 333 will be cut from the stipend. No other allownces are given. In fact the amount payed to house surgeon are very less compared to any givt medical colleges and the amount of work they do is disproportionate to the stipend. Working in all the department helps us to go forward to start our clinical practice independently. During house surgency we are not allowed as general practitioner anywhere. We have log books and record books to be submitted. The internship period helps to make the bond stronger with senior post graduates as well as with our Doctor's more..exposures also help us to deal with medico legal cases the do's and don'ts the stresd is much more but its worth the satisfaction.
We dont have anyother projects or task other than taking seminars rarely. Over all its fine but the stipend could be increased since the standard of living is tremendously increasing.
Professional year includes 4 and a half and an additional compulsory internship of 1 year under same college. They will giva a stipend of about 10000 Rs. Accomodatiom facilty for the internship period is made free of cost.
Internship is provided by the hospital itself for one year which is compulsory for all students. During the internship period students are also posted to periphery centres ,mostly government phc and chc
Internship is provided here only
I think it's the best option because we have lots and lots of patients
So we will be able to aquire more knowledge
Besides this facility provides us to be there with our friend for 1 more year
We can join here as junior resident and our college provides high salary to junior residents as compared to other colleges
After my degree my aim is to get neetpg admission and i hope my teachers wil support and help me to achive the goal
