They have got very great teaching skills and they mentor us very well.
Hostel facility is very good ... food is very healthy and heygenic ...our bathroom condition is all good and ofcourse in our batch we got a new hostel so we are lucky enough ..so i would recommend this college
Campus life is the best , infrastructure of this college is also very nice as it is the first medical college of assam.

Dislikes

The hostel food is worst, the hostel rooms are quite bad
I reside in 350 bedded boys hostel in which we are provided double room which consists of bed table chair balcony etc the hostel mess is not so good .
We are given daily the same meal and the quality of the food is not so good

Assam medical College is the oldest medical College in Assam so the infrastructure is quite old but they are renovating many buildings

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am pursuing mbbs under cbme curriculum in which we have to appear semester exam and have to pass this exam to appear in professional exam which is conducted by University under sshus . This exam is very tough

I like mainly campus life ground sports activities

Dislikes

I dont like the condition of the buidilngs as they were constructed 70 years ago

Honest opinion

Likes

The scope of extra curricular activities it offered such like sports, cultural activities etc
The people around the campus which are quite supportive
The healthy relationship between some teacher and student

Dislikes

The pressure sometimes faced by the Student due to some faculty
The infrastructure of the college is still something that need to be improved

I would rate it moderate at around 6. The curriculum though tries to prepare for real life application still there a lot way to be done. It can improve in the interaction aspect with the Student The frequency of exam are too fast

College ki duniya

Likes

The campus, the teachers, the campus canteen.
The cool environment, the infrastructures of the campus
The teaching methods are very active, cool.

Dislikes

The hostel food is worst, the hostel rooms are quite bad
The surroundings are quite dirty in the hospital area
The campus is not safe sometimes in the night.

In Mbbs course we have to give professional exam in every year and have to pass this exam. The exams are quite tough. Although some students find it easy. There are three internal examinations. Remedial exams are being conducted if failed

Campus lis very big so we would love to roam around it
We have sports facility here both for junior and senior
Here the faculty is very cooperative so take it

Dislikes

Weather not that good here it changes everything
Building is very old so i would not recommend
Transport facility not that good here if someone come

Campus life is the best , infrastructure of this college is also very nice as it is the first medical College of Assam.
Course is mbbs which is very tough as compared to other courses

My course in MBBS that is Bachelor of medicine and Bachelor of surgery After doing mbbs I will be considered as an Indian medical graduate and will be called as Doctor which a very noble profession We have to appear in many professional exams and have to pass regularly

Only better education system can change the world

Likes

Campus is very big. I like it . There are lots of tree which makes the campus more beautiful.
Teaching system is very good. They take classes regularly.
Professors are very good. They are very friendly with students.

Dislikes

The buildings are should be renewed as these were build in 70 years before
Wifi facility is not available in the college.
Play ground condition is not good. College authorithy should mind.

I choose the course because I want to be an honest doctor. My class has around 150 students and around 20 faculties in each department. They take both theory and clinical classes. The semester exams are conducted every 3 months by the college and the exams are very difficult to pass.

All the faculty are doctors, they teach us in the English language and they teach on the projector. They also give clinical knowledge in the hospital. The semester exams are conducted every 3 months and the University conducts professional mbbs exams in March.
